Yea the Spurs Mavs game should be great to. I'm really surprised by the Thunder, awesome season, and sticking it to the Lakers so far. Still I think Lakers in 7.

Meh. I'm happy we made it to 5th seed. I knew we'd be out in the 1st but at least make it a series considering how hot we were. Oh yeah, we played shitty teams at the end. Now the Wade blow jobs commence.

But, if anything, I think Chicago is one star player away from contending. Rose to [insert Wade, Bosh, LeBron] would be sick...Here's hoping Da Bulls can sign someone!

Me too, for hoping for something good next year. I think firing Vinny Del Negro would be a good start.

From what I hear, Dirk already has 4 fouls before half and Mavs are down by almost 20 ..

Oh well, I hope the Suns light up the Spurs.

BTW, I think the refs are back to fixing and betting on games:

I expected that, since Stern threatened to suspend anyone who criticizes a ref.

watching the Hawks game now, I don't consider myself a die hard Hawks fan, but I'm getting real irritated with punk ass Kurt Thomas just flopping all over the place. Bibby just touches him and he falls to the ground like he just got shot or something; and of course the refs call a foul. He did the same crap in game 4 and got 2 fouls against Crawford and another against Bibby.

I thought the NBA was going to do something about these flops?!

Y'all act like Lakers advancing is a surprise.

The real shocker belongs with the Jazz/Nuggets series.

actually, after game 4, I was worried... I think a lot of people were. Thunder is a talented team, and they're young... and needless to say, Durant and Westbrook can be deadly

I don't think you know how good the Thunders are. This was seriously a nervous match up for me because I've been following the Thunders and they are a team to be reckoned with.

Durant is the number one NBA scorer this season. You can connect the next dot. I'll give you a hint, Westbrook.

But they lost and I'm so happy the Lakers didn't have to go to game 7. Kobe seriously needs downtime for recovery.

yeah, i was really hoping the Jazz/Nuggets series had gone to 7 games, thus allowing the Lakers a longer rest

I do, actually. I knew the Thunder and the Bucks were going to be the toughest/scariest teams in the playoffs, and looking how they got everyone nervous, I was pretty much on the dot. The Thunder are young and yes, Westbrook and Durant are fucking deadly, but it's the Lakers.

The Thunder is a harder matchup for the Lakers than the Jazz, especially with the Jazz all banged up like they are. I'll be rooting for the Jazz, but I think the Lakers will take them down in 5 ..
