Sure. I never said that other people aren't susceptible to being high-maintenance either, but it's an overall thing, no...?

You have a guy who whines about not being "loved/embraced" by the NY fans. A guy who's hinted to be chafing because Jeter (who played the same position as he) is getting all the credit/adoration despite having worse stats...And then you combine that with his tastes; like I said, it just paints an overall picture of what he is...?

What is that overall picture? A whiner?

Yea he gets whiney - but i guess for some people its hard when they've been adored all their lives because of the high standard of their play, but once they get into a different city, that person is hard pressed to get that same adoration...guess hes just a sensitive guy

Now you've got the picture. The starters ain't too hot either. All this PayRod crap is overshadowing the Brewers' good start, the Twins in first place (again), even the Dodgers with the best record in baseball.

I suppose...but, I think his adoration kinda stopped when he got that quarter of a billion contract from the Rangers.

Sure, I'm gathering alot of it was due to envy of his contract (hey, who wouldn't kill for $250M...?) but I don't recall him doing himself any favors in Texas with some of the things he said back then either.

I totally agree, but you can't deny the man his credit and his monster start.
