Oh yea speaking of the Hawks...the ex-Hawk Bryan McCabe is leading the league in scoring so far.

Mike Smith sure made a hell lot of dumb moves since he joined the Hawks.

Go Leafs Go.

Are you ready to admit the Hawks have serious problems?

Who? Looking at his career stats, he could not even make the Rangers team during the time after Mike Richter retired. I hope he keeps this pace up as he is a BC boy afterall.

I may be guilty as a any for being a home town fan, but I think that TSN ranking is a joke. For example, Sami Salo (a career # 4 to # 6 dman) is now ranked #2 amongst d-men. Sorry it ain't happening.

Goaltending is a HUGE risk this year for the Kings...but so far GM Dave Taylor is looking like a genius. Hope this continues

Doesn't matter....what does mattter is that he is much better than that "has-been" goaltender in Chicago.

You did not say that. How many rings does your goalie have? Zip. Bulin at least has one...

I'd normally would be ing right now with the poor play in net but I think there's more to it than that, the Hawks can't stop giving out powerplays and their defense stinks...

So, again, the deadline for me to declare the Hawks as a lost cause is mid-late November...

I'm going to the Hawks game against the Wings this Saturday. Before the season started I was looking forward to it. Now I think I may just get someone to drive me so I can

I agree with Yumchah though, my window for giving up on the Hawks will officially begin toward the end of December. They'll have had their extended circus road trip and been home for a weeks worth of games by then. If things aren't turning around by that time, break out the big fork.

Doesn't help that injuries are piling up and that they are resembling a farm team again...

Ruutu, Aucoin, and Calder are all out right now.
