Jonesi heres a question since your from the burgh. Do you know if they plan on showing the games outside of the arena again? I'm assuming the answer is no since the games are nationally televised on versus and nbc.. I guess it was just an FSN deal? I'm probably coming into town next weekend and would love to see the game aired outside. I'm considering cleaning out my wallet for tickets but my wife thought it would be great if they did the outdoor broadcasts again.

yeah 64 straight sellouts and counting. Obviously I could still pick them up through stubhub or ebay but then I have to explain to the wife why I spent so much on damn hockey tickets.... It would probably end with me having to buy her another coach purse or two lol

i'm pretty sure i remember watching pens games on versus and nbc, and both showed the crowd outside during breaks.

Yea dood.. I'm so pissed.. We had a emergency today at work and I missed out on games 3 and 4 going on sale today at 10am. They have been saving 2,000 tickets for public all playoffs. Stanley cup they had 1,000 set aside.

I'm Beyond at this shit. Normally I can go on Ticketmaster at 9:59:45 and keep hitting refresh and as soon as it pops up I get "Best Available" and can get tickets......

That's obvious. Who'd in their right mind want to watch the stupid Wings?

Heck, I'd even watch the Detroit Lions...or those Tigers before you give me Stanley Cup ticks to watch the Meh Things.

Dear Hockey Gods...

Please let the Red Wings lose the best of 7 series for the Cup in 4 games. And oh, please let them lose by at least 12 goals in each game. Is that too much to ask? I won't even ask for the Hawks to win the Cup next year. I just ask for the Wings to lose in 4 straight and to be blown out each game. That way, I can chuckle knowing that they just played an extra set of games for NOTHING. Because playoffs without Cup is NOTHING.

Thank-you.

Sincerely,
Yumcha

The Toronto Marlies beat the Chicago Wolves and win game 4 of the AHL eastern semi's. Wolves still lead 3-1.

So it looks like your farm team is better than mine Yummy.

Well, actually...the Wolves are not the minor league affiliate of the Hawks. The Hawks' farm team is the Rockford IceHogs...who just got beaten in a very close series by the very same Wolves who are spanking your Marlies up and down the ice in THIS series.
