I do apologize about not reading your post in full detail earlier. But I hope you and your family is doing well now... It is very difficult to lose someone from the family, happened to me recently as well. My prayers are with you and your family

What else would I need to connect my ps2 to utilize it as a dvd player? The website stated a wireless FM modulator. Is there a package deal for that and is there a way for a direct connection?
Thanks!

For the audio you could either do an FM modulator or tap into say the XM button... Not sure how to do it though. I know people have actually used the RF 360. But its expensive for the RF unit

ok so...I need this and a DVD player as well, yes? could I use my mac and just leave it on the mat, running a cord or perhaps a portable dvd player in the glove box. Also as far as sound goes I have had crap luck with FM modulators plus sound is usually crap. I am currently using the AUX input for my ipod, but obviously cant control it from the NAV screen.
So I guess basically what I am asking for is an interface that I can directly get DVD audio & video, ipod and perhaps a PS3 all hard wired into.
Also want to be able to control all of the features using the touch screen....

Hi
You can add dvd, video ipod,ps3 etc any video source you like. You can add direct audio no problem. You can't control it via touch screen only via remote. If anyone has any other questions feel free to call me at 718-763-7367 or email me at sales@tvandnav2go.com
Thanks Dominic www.TVandNav2Go.com

Are there any additional fees if paying via paypal for the paypal fees? I was gonna send payment, but I don't want to send the wrong amount. $215 for PnP for 02 TL-S w/ Nav. Is that the correct amount if paying via paypal? Thanks.

I would plan on using this mainly for a backup camera. Will the nav screen switch automatically to the camera when I put it into reverse or will I have to hit a button?

Also, could somebody please explain the difference between the plug-n-play and the regular one. How much modification is involved?

Actually...any chance you could post up or link to some instructions for the PnP and the non-Pnp so that we can see what's involved?

BTW I have an '04 TSX, don't know if that makes a difference

Dom,

I have a 2007 TL Type S that already has the backup camera (OEM), will this break that? Or will I get 2 extra video inputs?

Sorry for your loss.

Thanks!

Sounds good, I'm looking forward to seeing that. I've been searching around for a good camera. Would you be able to post some specs on it as well. Maybe dimensions, CCD or CMOS. Thanks in advance.

So I'm planning on placing my order for the module today, but don't know whether to go for the PnP harness or not.

It is a big price jump for the PnP, but I dont really know how much work is involved if I get the regular module without the PnP harness. Would I actually need to cut any of the navigation wires or could I just use T-taps? I want to make sure that whatever I do is reversible and wont weaken any of the connections on the navigation unit.

If there is a big advantage to the PnP I will shell out the additional $75, but if it's fairly simple to modify the stock connection and there are no drawbacks, I would more readily get the standard module and harness.

Any word on the camera yet? I've got the unit but I've held off on the install until I find a camera that's reliable and has decent "night vision".

There are DIYs on how to install it such as this one, https://acurazine.com/forums/ramblings-12/predators-red-wings-137415/

In regards to purchasing via Paypal. Send a payment to sales@tvandnav2go.com and in the notes section, just put your name, number and exactly what you ordering. Then Call 718-763-7367 speak to Kim, let her know that you sent payment via paypal, and just tell her what you need. Simple as that.

I still wanna get a pic of the camera. DOM WHERE ARE YOU?! hope all is alright
