Can I request a few more pics, because I'm very interested in purchasing a set for my 03tl-s. Can you also give me a short list, of cars that are out on the road that have this hint of purple, thanks.

To anyone who has purchased a kit or even the D2C bulb from me: Please post up a picture of the bulbs lit up and please include the following:
Year and Model
Kit or D2C Bulb
Kelvin Rating
I would appreciate it. Thanks It will help other members see the difference in colors and the high quality of the KAIXEN product.

Just a question (and not to cause annoyance but simply because my TL-S which is on its way will be going through these light mods for certain, so I'd rather know now..) but with what I've seen isn't the following true:
4300k- stock HID
6000k- superwhite-ish
6500k- little blueish but still mainly white
8500k- very blueish, less white
and THEN once you get up into the 10,000k and higher range is when the purple hues start to show...
I was just curious because it's shown that the 6500k bulbs are the purple ones, but I was questioning that?
Like I said, last thing I want to do is doubt a solid vendor, but I figured I'd try and get my own info cleared up

I have seen other sites claiming different colors based on different kelvin but generally the scale/color goes as stated below:
4300K - White - OEM
6000K - Crystal White w/ slight hint of blue
6500K - Crystal White w/ hint of violet
8500K - Extreme Blue
I would never go beyond 8500K b/c you will lose to many lumens (light output). Now I can only answer specifically for KAIXEN as I am familiar with this product but I can't say what other sites sell and what Kelvin they use. I can tell you that those you went with the 65000K kit have been happy with the color although they haven't sent me any pics.
