Excelerate, hey i am buying a set of headlights from ballinfizzle and might not be able to purchase these lights. So i was wondering if i can remove my name from the list?

might sound selfish but that really doesnt help me get my hid bulbs sooner!

They all are good. You just need to decide which color you want:

Natural white
Extreme white with a hint of blue
Extreme white with a hint of purple
Extreme blue

how exactly do you replace stock bulbs? I replaced regualr bulbs like on a prelude. non-hid and it was easy, when i look at the tl setup i go wth?

i am guessing that once excelerate has 25 names he will ask us to pay the price for 25 sold units which i believe is $135. If people continue adding to the list and it hopefully reaches a 100 orders then excelerate will refund the difference.

Well what I think we should do is try and extend this GB until Tuesday at noon EST and have payment due by Thurs at noon. If we can get the word out a little more maybe we can get up to 50 ppl, which is really where I would like to get for this order at least.

If you guys don't mind waiting an additional few days then I'd like to extend this GB.

Sounds good, in this case, time is money saved. Excelerate...i'm ordering the 8500 k and i'm guessing that the color is more of a teale blue?

how hard is it to install these? do i have to remove bumper and stuff?
i wouldnt think so, cuz on my volvo i dont need to do anything to get to the bulbs.
and wont this upgrade make my high beams look like crap compared to these bulbs?

2006 RL A-Spec

Can anyone here confirm my 2006 RL A-Spec use Standard 4300K and the 6000K version will directly replace my OE bulbs with no need for additional parts or wiring? If yes I am in for one too.

BTW, how hard to change it for my RL?

The 06 Acura RL takes a D2S bulb from the factory (Acura typically uses 4100-4500K bulbs). D2C bulbs are direct replacements for D2S and D2R bulbs. It will bolt up just like the factory bulb.

I have been running the Kaixen 6000k for several months now and could not be happier with the color- easy on the eyes at night, and abilty to see road line markings and signs like I could not on the stock 4300k

I tell everyone I can about them!- spread the word on this special price event

Any higher than 6000k is going to shed very little useable light on the road and look purple not teal

The high beams only come on with the lows still on- I went cheap on those bulbs and now need to upgrade as they add very little light.
Sylvania hibeams here I come!

9005SU Silverstar ULTRA for Ultra Night Vision - The Whitest and Brightest Halogen
9005ST Silverstar High Performance Lighting: The Whiter and Brighter Halogen
9005XV XtraVision Halogen - The Brighter Light
9005CB Cool Blue Halogen - The Whiter Light

I changed out my high beams, which are 9005's for the Silverstar "normal" version at first. Then of course, they came out with the Cool Blue version. That is what I am running now. They can be found at most decent auto parts stores for a good price. Check the listing that I posted earlier and find out which bulbs your high beams are if you want to improve your overall light pattern. I would think the Ultras or the Cool Blue would compliment the 6000K bulbs the best.
All a matter of taste, but don't worry since 9005's are relatively inexpensive at $20 per for the Cool Blue's I run now.

More people sign up, I am itching to get my new bulbs in since the 4300K's are just too yellow for me.
And Bibledriver, there are no 5000K lights being offered in this group buy.....
