KAIXEN D2C HID Replacement Bulbs Groupbuy!!!

This is an actual Acurazine Groupbuy for the KAIXEN D2C HID upgrade bulbs. Kaixen is an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer that develops and builds its own components (unlike some companies that buy them from China and re-assemble it). It currently holds E13, TUV, and QS9000 quality certifications. It is the only other company in the world (other than Phillips) to have developed the diamond-shape bulbs.





There are four different colors: 5,000K (Natural White), 6,000K (Extreme White with a hint of blue), 6,500K (Extreme White w/ a hint of purple, and 8,500K (Extreme Blue). All KAIXEN D2C bulbs are designed for direct replacement with no need for additional parts or wiring. It will work D2R and D2S. All HID bulbs come with a 1 year warranty.

I cant decide between the 6000k and 8500k. I want them to match my LED turn signals. The philips i have now i think are 6500k and a little too purple. Suggestions?

OE low beams are 4300k
If you have purple tint that is hard to see by- those are probably 8500k
or your stock bulbs are failing.
I am running the 6000k Kaixens and several other happy members are using them on my recommendation. They are a plug and play fit on the TL.
First thing I noticed over OE bulbs was the much brighter white, and it seemed really blue at first. As I got about 50-100 hours "burn in time" on them, the blue had toned down a bit, but still visable, makes it really easy on the eyes at night. If you have problems with night vision- these are the fix. I drove home 1st night thinking how many things I was seeing for the first time- and discovered my GLASSES were in my pocket thats good lights!

On the road- I have run next to an 03TL-S and noted more white light directly in front of his car, but my lights picked out the road edge/lane lines and road signs much father away, and those white stripes on semi-trucks- it lights them up big time!
Did you know most road markings and signs have a reflect-0 paint now- and the lane divider reflectors can also be seen when they are fully underwater with the Kaixens. That was not the case with OE bulbs
Those familiar with my post know I have a technical background and do a lot of research on each mod.

As I told Josh- these bulbs were the best >$150 part on the car

When i purchased the car i upgraded from my stock bulbs to philips ultinions which i believe are 6500k. They have a purplish white light. In photos and through a camera they appear whitish blue. My leds turn signals are whitish blue and thats the color im looking for to match.

Yes they work on the 07 TL-S. I have sold them to other customers with the 07+ TL-S and they fit perfect.

assuming these will fit on an '04 TSX?
and this just a simple process of taking out old bulb and replacing it or is it alittle more complicated?

Yes this fits the TSX. This will fit all Acura CL, TL, RL, RDX, MDX and TSX with HID low beams from the factory. These will only replace the low beam HID bulbs. And you just remove the old one and put the new ones in.

i have 08 RX350 and my question is that does it fit my low beam and with my current HID if i switch over with 6000K would it make a big different?

I would recommend these to anyone, Iv had the 8500k installed for almost a year with no problems at all and they look beautiful!

These replace your HID low beams. It is a D2C HID replacement bulb.

You will have to check your manual to verify but based on the 07 RX350 yes it will work. 6000k will be extreme white with a hint of blue. So the color will change but the light output won't improve. However, other customers have commented that visibility does improve.

Guys and gals tell your friends. It doesn't have to be an Acura. As long as the vehicle has D2R or D2S bulbs (HID low beams from the factory) these will work. Let's get this list to at least 50.

excelerate--will the switch from the TSX's stock 4300k to the kaixen 6000k in white impact my visibility (ie. make it worse, or be brighter and better). tried to find some pics in the TSX section of the site, but no luck. thanks.

you do not lose your high beams. i have a set of 6500Ks in my Type-S and its awesome! prior it being in my TL it was in my RDX. its been over a year since. love the color output. really thinking about getting the 8500Ks though. IMHO if you are gonna replace your stock bulbs you might as well go for the 6500Ks rather than the 6000Ks.

The High Beams are individual bulbs next to the HID bulb in the headlight housing. They are 9005's for my 2000 TL.

Go here if you need to find the exact bulb number for them, good site tool. Just put in your make and model and it will tell you every type of light you need.

Hope that helps you out. More people jump on this deal, it's a great price for quality bulbs. Don't buy the no-name ones on Ebay, they are much lower quality.

Technically light output will go down a touch but to the naked eye the 6000k will look brighter. Also many members have commented on the improved visibility with the KAIXEN bulbs.

On certain vehicles your low beam and high beam are the same bulb and you can lose the high beam if you did a HID conversion kit with a single style bulb. However, that is not the case on any Acura vehicle I know and not the case with D2C bulbs.

Is it more difficult to see since its blue? I like my stock hid's now but i want something alittle bit more unique so i'm considering the 8500k.
Kinda thinking I might be bothered by cops and have less visibility though.
