Basically the same thing. Go to Paypal, Login then choose "Send Money" (I think that's what it says). Choose your funding option (paypal acct, checking acct, cc, etc) then just send the $$ to the vendor.

When paypal asks for the vendor paypal address just put in this e-mail address:

Yes technically the more kelvin (color), at least after 5000K, the less lumen (light output). Would you be able to tell? Maybe, but it wouldn't be by much. If you chose 5000k, 6000k, or 6500k you would likely notice increased visibility.
