It is that time of the month again. The DuPont Registry will be having their monthly Cars and Coffee gathering on Saturday February 19, 2011. There is already a couple of us that go every month, and we would love to have some more of you join us. Please add your name to the list and send me a PM with your contact information. This is really a great time to meet fellow ACURAZINERS, get some great pictures, and meet some great car enthusiasts! Don't want to be rude just wondering why so early?

I've never been to a meet and plan on going to one soon. can't make it tomorrow bc its my friends bday but just curious why the meet is so early in the morning?

This is not a "meet" that is organized by myself. This is simply a group of us that like to travel together and attend the DuPont Registry's Cars and Coffee. It is an event they hold on the 3rd Saturday of every month. They hold it from 7:00AM - 9:00AM. We will look forward to you joining us in a future gathering. Keep checking the regions forums and we will get together!

I wish we had the kind of representation that club s2ki has. These guys roll up every month with at least 15 - 20 S2000's. There are a lot of us ACURAZINERS here in the Tampa area...we really need to show these other clubs how we do.

It's the same up here in Jax. Tons of other models show up and only a few AZ members. I have a list of nearly 100 AZ members that are local to this area.

The DuPont is always awesome! The F40 replica was actually kinda cool I think. I mean....sure its a Pontiac Fiero underneath, but I had the opportunity to talk with the guy. He spent the past 16 years building this thing. That day was the first time it had ever been out! I knew right away that it wasn't real...of course with only 1,315 of them having been made there was going to be no way that this thing was actually in front of me. I just thought it was cool that this older gentleman had built this in his garage for the past 16 years and that day, just happened to be the first time it saw daylight. On another note...damn it would have been cool to see a real F40...probably one of the craziest Ferrari's ever produced. I mean who wouldn't want a twin turbo V8 from Ferrari?!?!

Wow 16 years, that's crazy! I really respect that.

And I would take a F40 in a heartbeat.
