Dealership Complaint
Dealership Complaint
Hi All,
Just had a horrific experience trying to buy a new TL from a local South Florida Dealership.
Was wondering if anyone knew of the most effective way to share my problem with a regional sales manager, or someone like that...
Not sure where to turn.
Thanks

Basically just poor management from the dealership in Pompano.
Had an appointment set for a teat drive( was ready to buy)..Got to the dealership..was told the salesman had gone home sick ( I had called to confirm earlier in the day).
I had left work early to make the appointment.
No call from the dealership saying he was unable to keep the appointment.
When I got there they told me all salesmen were busy and it would be an hour or so.
Bigest problem I have is the so called sales managers were sitting around and when I asked one if they could help me, they said a salesman would when they were free.
As a long time Acura owner( 7 to be exact) I have experienced much better customer relations than this.
Bottom line, its poor management at this dealership

Phil Smith Acura you are talking about?
I go there for the majority of the time, however I prefer Rick Case Acura, just a few miles further from my house.
I would ask the GM to give you a call and see if they can do anything for you...
