Atlanta Car Research

Hello to anyone in the ATL. I've found an 07 Type S on ATLUC.com and would like to make the purchase but with the car's price, current mileage, and carfax I'm gun shy (kind of a too good to be true thing). Would really appreciate anyone on here from the ATL area (I think these guys are in Northern ATL) that could look over the car and even test drive it for me.

PM me if you're willing to help an AcuraZine Noob out.

TIA,

SkiWalk3r

That low mileage with that price? I wouldn't really even look at that car more.

That dealer seems a little on the shady side as well.

I want that interior though.

you never know until you see it in person. I wish my tl had that kind of miles on it. I also wonder if you buy it, will it come with a warranty with it.

I just emailed the dealer asking if this was legit. Kelly Blue Book says it should be around $27,000. We'll see what they say?

hey buddy, i live right down the street from atlanta used cars. I have shopped there once but didnt want to buy a car from them because they gave me such a weak trade in vaule for my accord. The TSX i was test driving was in good shape and price was good. I think they wanted 12k for a 07 tsx with low miles, or something in that range. But place seems to be legit to me. If i ever pass by this week. I would deff stop by and dog the shit out of that type S for you : ) lol jk, but which one did you want me to drive?

^^^ oh yea and the TSX had some minor head light and fog light damage. It had a cracked in head light and the fog lights were cracked. but other than that everything was great. I didnt get a chance to look around at other cars to see the condition of others.

Awesome, thanks for the help. I just sold my S4, got my wife her new car, and have someone ready to buy her Honda so I'll be in need of a new car soon. Whoever does the test drive and gets back with me with some good pics let me know and I'll send you $40 via paypal for a tank of gas.

Also, whoever takes pics please check out the front bumper. Appeared to be some blemishes from the shitty pics on their website.

TIA guys

Sup dude I went today to take pictures, not just for you but for a family member that wants it too, so I though that I would go ahead and make 40 bucks lol, but either way the car is first come first serve.
Also the car is in really good condition. A few scratches and scuffs here and there. A few dents here and there. The inside looks great except the rear seat on the left side is not flawless like the rest, but no rips. When I test drove it. I dog the living shit out of it and that car has allot of power and nothing seems to be wrong with the transmission and motor. The car does pull a little to the right, it probably needs an alignment. Everything in the car is functional. The car has been smoked in and has been in an accident. I also got a car faxed. Here is what it says.

08/03/2007 - Vehicle purchase reported in Florida Miami.
08/13/2007 - Title issued or updated first owner reported Loan or lien reported, Registered as commercial lease vehicle, Vehicle color noted as Black
12/27/2007 - Accident reported, involving left side impact, it hit a motor vehicle functional, Airbag did not deploy.
05/18/2008 - Registration issued or renewed, loan or lien reported, registered as commercial leas vehicle, vehicle color noted as black.
06/02/2010 - Sold at auction in Florida, listed as a fleet vehicle.
11/19/2010 - Vehicle offered for sale.

I tested drove the car and love the Type S, I even wanted this type s and asked them to appraised my 05 TL navi, but them bastard only offer me 5000 for my car. (He probably though it was a civic) but oh well, I guess I’ll keep my car.

If you have any other question regarding this car just let me know.

My PayPal address is bukjoe15@aol.com

Thanks.

So, where are these pics you took? Did you take any close ups of the dents, scratches, blemishes, etc in and on the car?

Thanks for the research and input. It looks like I'll have to pass on this one.

id personally stay away from it. that wax job and the horrible detail job almost made me puke.

aesthetics aside a pull to the right is most likely due to the collision and an alignment will not fix it. thats why the price is set so low. pay a little more and have less problems

the car was really great in person. but only things were wrong were small dings here and there. the pull to the right can probably be fixed. its not a big hugh hard pull. its a small pull like it can be from a alignment problem.
Personally to me. I think its a good deal for 20k with 23k miles. Maybeyou can talk them down 19k or maybe even 18k
