I would buy you airride, but my stock shocks are blown unless u want to be twerk queen champion of nc lol. It wouldn't be fair. Send me some pictures of the air ride system I.e. Controller, ecu compressor tank etc. was gonna order accuair with airtek struts but if u can go way cheaper I'll defiantly be interested.
So what is everyone's thought on the great headlight debate...?
When I do my Aspec Kit I want to do headlights and tail lights while I am tearing the car apart.
Everyone knows Aaron and Bruce do headlights... but which?
Also on a side note, I decided to to JL Audio ZR Component speakers in the car with an 8" JL Audio Subwoofer. To replace everything with something better than stock.

I agree with Morgan, what exactly are you trying to do with your lights Stephen? we can all give you advice
Morgan didnt you have Projectors in your CL? i have several things i want to do to my car, its hard to decide which to do first, but trying to get everything done before nov 1st.
Im going to do a quad projector retrofit with black housing, also im going to redesign my HID fogs using the morimoto matchbox projectos.

With the new projectors that are on the market, its much easier to go crazy with the setup. The high beam area still isn't that deep, so you may need to extend the rear of the housing depending on which projector you go with.
I'm looking forward to doing the retro on the wagon. I haven't decided if I want to keep it OEM and go with the RX350s again (I have them in the FRS and absolutely love them), or go with a TL/ZKW projector.
What are you going to run?

Yep, TSX projectors with Phillips 85122+, and I was half way through the second setup (using RX350 bix projectors) when I sold the car.

Im not 100% set but for low beams im thinking about the RX350s as well, at The Retrofit Source Inc there is an upgrade option for the STI lens for $35.
Where are the preferred places to get tint for an '07 type-s in Charlotte (closer to downtown)? I went by tint world and got a quote for ~$400 for their 3rd level package (2nd from top) and a UV layer on the front.
I don't want too dark, something close to the "OEM" tint is perfect. The black interior and the 25 minute drive home with the afternoon sun is tough! thanks!

This. Heads are really easy; tails are a little more complicated, but not hard by any stretch.

guys i just took off my roof spoiler. its the ebay m3 style. its not worth much but is in decent condition and if anyone in the charlotte area wants it let me know and they can have it. it looks really good especially if you have a black painted/wrapped roof

Well.... Did my 105k Service today! She runs like a dream.
The guy who did it said my timing belt tensioner was so gone, he was amazed it didn't go and jam the valves. He did say that he thinks my timing was off a little based on my fuel economy dropping.
Any who, she rides great, fuel economy is happy back at 25-26MPG and It didnt cost me a whole bunch.
I did some looking around and Acura wanted about $1000+Tax and shop fee's. I paid $600 and change total. Parts, labor, and lunch.(Know him personally) He even did a bunch of extra stuff.
Timing belt, water pump, seals, tensioners, coolant flush, thermostat, serpentine belt, Power steering pump service, diagnosed a few issues and overall checked out the car.
Quite happy.
Ok Headlights: ZKWR Projectors, Clear corners, 5k Halo's, Sequential halo turn signals, LED Amber Daytime Running Lights, 5k Turn signals, all wrapped up in a Carbon Fiber housing.
Fog Lights: Retrofit Projection Fog lights, with matching Halo's, Carbon Fiber Housing.
Tail Lights: Type S Tail lights, Red Carbon Fiber Reflector, LED Turn Signal.
I'm contemplating doing the Tail Lights and Maybe the Fog Lights. If I have more Insight on the headlights and where to buy things and more info, I will do them too.
Its a concept, but I am trying to do something different. Very Different.

Sign up for their newsletter, they typically have 15-20% off coupons on holidays. I almost picked up the TL/ZKW-Rs over labor day weekend when they were 15% off but I couldn't decide if I really wanted to run those.

so i spent some time today getting the matchbox projectors in the foglight housing. it was a little tricky considering the limited space and keeping the aim right on the curved back. the projector came with a shroud that i liked especially with the eyelid but was too large for my application and the time it would take dremeling down to fit, I thought was unnecessary and would still look too big.
My OEM lens were cracked so i made a template and cut out lexan replacements but i found that permatex gasket maker is no substitute for a buytl rubber gasket which i forgot to order, shit just slides all over the place and makes a mess, i even waited 10 minutes to let it set up.
I used the shroud mounting points on the projector to attach it to the foglight housing, along with jb weld. Once i get the butyl rubber and get them back in ill post pics.

Those are the perfect size to try and retro fit into my 2008 TL Fogs.
