Fixed.

The NASCAR Museum was pretty fun. Lots to do and it was free since it was Fan Appreciation Day.

I love how you go to YouTube looking for one thing and eventually end up a million miles away from it in less than ten minutes.

Apparently there is a cars and coffee cornelius that has been started up. It occurs the third Saturday of every month at Waterbean Coffee.

Waterbean Coffee
19420 Jetton Rd
Ste 105
Cornelius, NC 28031

There is apparently a pizza shop next door as well and if you save your receipt from the morning during the time cars and coffee runs you can get a free slice of pizza then too. Instead of 8-10 as the Charlotte one runs this one is from 9-11am.

Also, according to the cars and coffee forum it seems like a good many people are still going to head out to the usual location on March 1st without and planned organization. Hopefully they won't be kicked out by police but I might head over that way and check it out.

As long as the snow is off the roads this weekend though I am going to check out the one in cornelius if anyone wants to join me.

I prefer to not think about this. Ticked at the amount I pay for the "privilege" of living in the city of Charlotte.

I lived in Charlotte for 15+ years. I've learned it's just not worth it. The stuff they make up to tax you on just to live in the city is ridiculous. Where I am in Fort Mill, I'm 5m from 77, 5m from Carolina Place Mall, 10m from Ballantyne, and I can be in downtown in 20m. There is simply no practical reason for me to live in NC.

It's not just what they tax you on (9.25% to eat out is the worst), but why they do it...they spend and spend and spend on things they have no business spending on. If they only spent money on what they should, they would need a hell of a lot less and by default could have much lower rates.

That video is funny as hell. Is it ok to laugh at retarded people?

Anyways, the TL is sleeping in the garage until the weather clears up, glad I got the beater to beat around.

Keep those cars safe guys, and try not to clean the crap from the weather off it too much, it may scratch some shit.
Especially the windshield.

Off work early, so might play some PS4. Haven't messed with it much since I got it last week.

Which one of us had the most fun today? Tell your stories!

I drifted in the lexus this morning going to the post office.

Drank bud lights midday.

Was a passenger during another drift session in a jeep liberty.

Road the mountain bike in the snow, which was difficult on them thighs.

And now I think im about to try and build a lego snowman.

Went drifting around S. Charlotte all day on roads that we probably should have like Colony Rd lol. Went to Home Depot and bought some washing machine drain plate, drilled a 1/2 hole through them and put a rope through it, towed ppl behind with the xterra. Went shooting in fort mill, made a giant snow penis in the middle of the road, did donuts in the middle of johnston rd, pulled ppl up providence rd near the promenade shopping center, etc

Aside from getting the mail, I stayed out of this miserable fucking weather. Worked from home, so I still get paid.

And it's still snowing .

I spent half the day convincing the dog to take a shit in the snow.

The other half was spent watching TV and baking chocolate chip cookies...I know I know, not that exciting.

I have been dealing with this as well. Only have gotten 1 of 3 to go so far and she is the smallest one. Mine that I had in PA for snow last weekend and she went in the snow no problem will not go for some reason now.

TSX is clean in the garage. Lexus is covered and pics to come some time today since I am going no where. Walked out to the main road that leads to the highway and it has not even been attempted to be cleared which is pretty sad.

Cosmo finally went to the bathroom for the first time today. Where did he go, you ask? Right in the middle of the sidewalk.

Obviously you're still too new to the area...the only thing they're going to clear are the interstates and main roads (truly major arteries). That's Mecklenburg county. Iredell isn't clearing anything, just like York, Union, etc. won't. I'll be lucky to get out sometime Saturday with all of the snow we have here.
