The deck height on the K24 pretty much ensures that you'll be cutting through the hood. The K20 should be able to fit under the EF3 hood with the webbing removed and an angled intake manifold/ITBs. I had an RBC manifold that had the flange milled on it so I could do just that on my hatch. If you do end up doing a K, I've got stage 3.9 DSS axles and hubs, and probably a few more K swap parts. Or if you plan on doing a B, I've got mounts, axles, and shift linkages for that too.
I may end up using that stuff though if I can get myself back into a hatch or a clean CRX. I'm probably just going to do a B18C1 swap, keeping a/c, and call it a day.
Besides that, the car looks solid. I don't see any rust on the driver side wheel arch, which is really good. Hows the passenger side?

I did find a video where this guy in Europe turbo'd his d15 and made 180 hp but with so many miles on mine it's probably not worth it.

Hey all! Most you guys know I'm into racing karts... but did you know I got my start indoor (in the Novice division)? Now's a great time to give it a shot.
Victory Lane Karting is offering a deal for those who would like to try out their league. Normally it's $50 each night... but they are offering two league nights for $70. That includes 1/2 hour practice session, 3 qualifiers, 3 races, and dinner EACH league night. Pretty sweet deal. It's also a great, non-committal way to try it out, and I'll be there with you. League is Monday night at 6:30pm. This Monday (4/29) is the one you need to attend to get the deal. I haven't been racing indoor lately, but would be happy to go to a couple of races so you can get the deal (as you need to go with someone who has raced in their league before).
They also have everything you need, including helmets... so even if you do not own any gear, all you need to do is dress casually and show up. Let me know if you're interested (PM is fine) and we can coordinate!

That sounds like an awesome deal but I need to practice more. I finish basically dead last everytime I go.

Well that's the good thing about it. You'd be in the novice division with a lot of other new people. I have two friends coming who have have only been there once before just to take advantage of the deal. I'm betting you could beat them easily
Whats up with RDX owners?

Just FYI I'll be in the north Charlotte area tonight hanging with a friend, so was thinking about stopping by that Sonic meet that's on Fridays near Concord Mills.
Does anyone know if that still goes on?

Didn't know there was a Sonic meet near Concord. It is a beautiful day and the car is still clean from IA so I would be down for that if it is still going on.

I haven't been able to confirm whether there is actually any kind of cruise in, but I'm going to be up that way anyway tonight. I'll be dropping by right around 8 when it's supposed to start.
Hope I see some of you, shoot if no one shows up we could just start a tradition :P

haha I remember that feeling the last time I moved. Told myself I'm not moving again until it's into a house.
Thanks.
Drink a beer.
Had a good time out there Evan. Thanks for the heads up. I'm about to upload the pics I took.

Damn looks like it was a good turnout with some great cars. I ended up falling asleep on the couch at 8:30 and just woke up a few minutes ago. Guess I am still recovering from IA.

Yeah Jason lets go ahead and get your photos up today. No excuse this time because you went to bed before midnight last night according to BK and Aaron, and today it's raining so I know you're not playing golf.

^ Welcome to the family, brah. I have the same coils and im happy with them. Be sure to check the nut under the damper knob to make sure its tight (don't want no clunking). And leave your back seat out until you get the damper settings dialed in (just makes it easier to adjust)
Now you and Austin wont be the same height anymore, Lol.

Thanks mang! I'm glad to hear that you like the coils. I plan on leaving the rear seat out for a few days at least to make sure everything is how I like.
Megan Racing.
I would love to move to Charlotte. Both Mitzi and my parents feel the same way. I would need to join a gym to work off all of the Sonny's we would be grubbin
