Good idea. I'll do that.
If you have some Amsoil DOT4 brake fluid or Amsoil PS Fluid, we should talk; I might be willing to make an offer on that.

You're welcome Jim. At first i was thinking it was redline because of the red fluid, but after staring at it for 20 seconds, i realized it was a completely different brand. I don't have any other amsoils.

Hendrick Acura posted a link yesterday on their facebook fanpage to an article on CNN Money talking about the top ten fastest growing cities in the US.
Charlotte was the fastest, and Raleigh a close 2nd. It said the population is now 1,200,000. Last time i checked it was 750,000.

I did some cost of living, crime, growth research before we decided to move (back ~'97). At that time Cincinnati (where we were living) had a compound annual growth rate of 5%. Charlotte had a CAGR of 20%.
Also on the list:
Charlotte
Raleigh
Greenville
Knoxville
We're obviously in the middle of population growth center.

I also just looked up the ballantyne road expansions outlook and Bissell Development is going to spend 11M of their own money to help fund the projects. They're going to build a flyover bridge for the northbound traffic on 521 to connect to the inner belt 485. (which will be amazing) There will be a 4 lane bridge connecting community house drive to Johnston Rd, with bike lanes and 6 foot sidewalks.
485's master plan has 4 lanes each way from 77 to 74. One of the lanes will probably be a toll lane for motorists that want to 'get shit done'. (people like me) lol.
These projects are going to start very soon, and i am more than excited about all three of them.

I think the growth thing goes for most of the Southeast honestly. I know Columbia is steadily growing. They are building a new 90 acre Amazon warehouse here right off of I-77 exit 2.
Also, Raleigh was just named one of the 10 best cities for college graduates to get jobs immediately after school.

You can tell Greenville is growing just by driving down 85. There is a corridor of brand new buildings right along the interstate. Those buildings look very neat.

Dorthy did all the searching. We were eating at Skillets earlier and were wondering what the plans for the roads will be.
She said she searched for 'I-485 widening to start next summer'.
She said the article is on Charlotte Observer from April 24, 2012.
