Sounds like a bearing thats starting to bind up ( lack of grease/lubrication ) , almost like the bearing is dried out. I know you've probally checked , but have you looked to see if anythig was hitting the wheel from the inside ? It almost sounds like someone put a baseball card on the wheel ( you know how you did when you were kid on your bicycle ) to make that noise that your hearing now
