Damnit please excuse the fact it says I edited your post above. The new button layout that exists by having privileges in this section has finally gotten the best of me. I clicked edit instead of quote as its not the left most button and didn't notice it. My apologies.

The wheel specs are 20x9 with 245/30/20 tires in the front and 20x11 with 295/25/20 tires in the rear. The tires are Continental Extreme Contact DW.
I haven't had time to get out and do a shoot of the car now that the wheels are back on in the new finish and the suspension has been installed. Going to try this weekend but now they are calling for rain.

Thanks. I got the wheels done in a matte gunmetal as I wanted something to make it more aggressive looking.

Anyone that has been in Charlotte a bit longer than me have any information/opinions on the clubs Butter, Suite, Halo, RE:Public, and Phoenix? Trying to pick on to go to tonight with my girl.

One of the longest threads on AZ! I was bored a while back and looked through the regional sections to see who had the longest thread...I think this one was #3 to a couple in SoCal. You probably get all kinds of bonus points since you started it LOL.

ha...yep yep. i get bottle service at butter & suite so much i wish they did frequent flyer miles. i've been to (what i think is now) halo once and it was shitty. if i was taking a girl out it would be to suite without question because u can get away on the balcony. if u plan on getting bottle service u'll get a cabana out on the balcony...it's nice. butter is a lot 'louder' than suite, plus the bottle service tables are right by the dj booth so good luck trying to talk to ur girl. if u plan on going to suite let me know...i have a good friend that works vip there. if u dont do vip, he'll at the least let u feel important and let u skip the entire line and go through the vip entrance...lol. lemme know bud...

alright fellas, try and ignore ur pro-DIY attitudes for a second and see if u can help me out. my buddy that was supposed to be doing my coilover install had to go out of town on business and i'm left with no ability to install these on my own and seeking a means to get them on my car asap. any good shops (or any other avenue) that you might recommend? i'm dying to get these on my car so thanks in advance...

I'm here ![Wave](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/wave.gif)
I put my suspension on myself and it was a lot easier than I thought it would be. I stripped a few nuts while taking off the stock suspension so that made the process much longer than it should have been.

what's up Tyler.
i'm pretty sure i could do it myself, i just don't have the time and tools to do it. so i guess my solution is to throw money at it and see what comes of it...there has to be shops around that can bang it out for me. or even another aziner who's familiar with the install and want to make some money...either way, i don't care...i just want them on my damn car!

I hear you on that. 4x4 status ftl. What coils did you end up going with?
If you take it to a shop for the install, expect to pay $400 or so. You've gotta take out the whole rear seat and rear shelf to access the suspension.

no doubt man...i'm donked out.
money isn't the problem. i'm fine with spending 400, although i've been quoted 300 from a pretty reputable place near me. just want to feel everyone else out on this. it kills me to have my coilovers sitting in a box and not on my car!
edit: i went with the new tein street basis...i've been hearing good things so figured i've give 'em a shot

Yeah, TM night kills this thread.
If you want to go to a shop, I'd recommend Hondaworks. They have some (I'm not sure how many) satellite sites, but their original is on South.
I did my own suspension (with a friend/assistant)...it takes forever the first time, but I don't imagine it being too bad any subsequent times. And despite what Tyler says, you don't have to take out the rear shelf, just the seats. From a DIY perspective, my only recommendation is two sets of hands. I wouldn't bother with it otherwise.

I was quoted 300...if u or anyone else can do it this weekend I'll pay u 200. Sounds reasonable to me. As stated several times...I want them on now! Lol

LOL, no thanks. I figured I'd get about $200 for my suspension if I sold it when I got rid of the car...determined that wasn't worth the effort to swap it back to stock
. I'll be happy to be somebody's extra set of hands, but to actually do the work, I'll pass.

Do they have the top hats already installed or do you have to take apart the factory suspension to get the top hats to use? It they are already to go and just be bolted in I can do it for you this weekend.

yeah that's what sucks...no top hats so they need to be removed from the stock setup. i'm not sure i even want to trouble anyone other than a shop with this...i'd hate to occupy half of someone's day--i'd feel too guilty. thanks for the offer jason...much appreciated.

I love working on cars so I would have no problem taking a half day to do it but since I don't have access to an air compressor I don't want to deal with working with spring compressors manually. I really don't like the idea of working with spring compressors at all. I truthfully was looking forward to the idea if you had top hats since my gf is leaving Saturday morning so I have nothing to do this weekend anyways.
