I was at the meet last night over her in tampa and they were passing out fliers....
This saturday (october 3rd) there having a vip tuner jam.... its all custom car trucks and bikes. They're registering cars if anyone wants to register. A lot of car clubs are going also...Im going to be out there me and a whole bunch of people.. PM me if you want any more information time and address....

oh ok so ure going to take the pics! Nice.. Yah you dont need to remove the bumper.. you just need a special torx screw (the star shaped screwdrivers) to remove one screw.. you can do all this in the engine bay..

 

I took all the pictures last week of Justin's car! sweet this is great news! i cant wait now!
I also bought a test pipe and type s rears. Just waiting for them to come in! i still want to paint my grille flat black! me and you just have to take a day and do little mod's like you did to yours!

Sounds good yeah we were there late last time.

 

Had to take a break from the navi install.. actually didnt start until 130.. lol .. cuz i was hungry and then decided to play some COD4 lol .. but the rear portion is done.. removed all the back seats, the c pillars, passenger side b pillar, trunk liner, rear shelf... installed the dvd rom and gps antenna.. and routed some of the wiring...all this in 2 hours.. not bad if I say so myself .. now onto the hard part lol .. the front dash.. havent taken this apart yet, so this will take me a little longer.. dangit .. crosses ing my fingers that all the parts I purchased from the junk yard work!!

haha.. i know man.. now that I dont have any money really to buy stuff for my car, I may have time to help other people with their cars now again lol

Ill see if my sister will go.. she has a 2g tl with a drop and rims.. i really doubt it tho..

Same as on here.. BZYRICE .. I play on ps3... you dont have cod4?! its still the most fun game i have.. but because I have spent all my extra cash on my car, it is the only game I have bought in the past year and a half lol

 

yah, ever since we installed your springs I know you have wanted to do a few things lol .. but been soo freakin busy ...

anyways.. yah 12 is too late.. 11 should be good..

So far navi install is going smoothly (5 hours total so far).. so it looks like I will make it tomorrow.. I have run the wire to the center dash and connected my VSS wire and power wires.. (this was a pain in the A$$ because the space is soo small and hard to tap into wires.. especially because I hate T-taps.. I wired them by actually splicing into the wires) ... I also removed the center dash vents.. (this was also another pain in the A$$ ... seriously if any of you have done this.. you know what I mean.. I was cursing the whole time) lol .. So all that is left is to remove steering wheel.. install new switches with navi buttons.. and run the wires to the HFL and splice the wires into the harness.. hopefully this will all go smoothly! and hopefully all the components and the wire harness works.. Wish me luck!!

So, most of the navi install is complete.. I even started it up.. came up with 2 problems... now im not sure if i will make it out tomorrow depending on what happens ..

Here are the 2 things that happened if you guys have any advice..
- First the big problem.. I stripped one of the bolts to the air bag.. I dont know how it happened.. I got one off, but couldnt get the other off.. This really sucked because I couldnt get the switch on ...

- Second - I am getting feedback from the radio.. I think this is just because I havent bolted everything back yet because I was pissed I couldnt get that bolt out..

So, if these 2 things dont get fixed by tomorrow night then I cant go.. . I need to use my car on thursday.. dogh..

I hope so.. Im gonna try the EZ out thing tomorrow.. then go to acura and pick up some bolts.. to replace these since you are supposed to replace them everytime you take them out..

 

did you have to build your own harness for the nav unit in the trunk up to the screen/radio?

Did you use shielded wire?
