There are a few yards in the orlando area that keeps parts for newer Honda/acura's, google and call around.

anybody know of any good shops in jacksonville? i got a cylinde misfire but i dont know of any shops in the area that i trust since i just moved to the area.

 

Go to courtesy Acura, speak to either Angela-Disco or Justin in service. DO NOT go to BRIAN at any costs. Tell them your from acurazine and tell Justin or Angela-Disco that you were recommended to the dealer from the "folks with the lemoned MDX" they'll know that your talking about me and treat you well. Call ahead (407) 585 3900 and schedule an appointment when a loaner is available (usually 2 weeks later).

 

^ Sweet I called the right one then. Already have a loaner scheduled for later in the week.

 

that works! They have 2G TSX's and 4G TL's and the occasional RDX as a loaner car. Enjoy!

oh and hopefully they give you a 4G TL...that thing was fun to drive around in, regardless of how everyone thinks it looks

I'm thinking of putting something together while the weather is nice. Probably will be at Markham Park on I-75 with a ride West to US 27, then South to Griffin Road, East back to Markham. That would be about 10-15 miles. We could stop at Everglades Holiday Park for a break and check out the Everglades. Their parking lot will hold about 50 cars but is pretty packed on the weekend. But, there is overflow parking near the camping area.

Markham is half-way between Miami-Dade and Palm Beach so we could draw from three counties. It's only about 100 miles for some Naples guys, Imokolee, and the Big Cypress Res is even closer.

Markham also has Pavillions and grilles, etc. Those 4G guys are always looking for new grilles.

Any interest? It would be towards end of Feb or early March.

 

I would come down for the end of Feb (like the 26th). March is out for me unless its the 27 (Planning a meet in my own area for the 6th).


Anybody maybe wanna meet up for dinner sometime during the week this or next week?

I'd like to see an Orlando meet too. Something quick not too big. Say meet at 12pm on a Sat hang out for a bit, take pictures, have a bite to eat, n take off.

First post here. I'm a 3G TL owner in the Pembroke area. Markham is a great place, open space and within the area of all three counties. I'm down

 

So they gave a 2010 Acura Tsx. :-/. I forgot how good a 4cyl is on gas lol.

It's the same here in Jax. I know of over 60 members here, but hardly anyone wants to meet up.

 

Might be the 3.5L 6 cyl model. Now that would be fun to drive......

Would anyone be interested in a little show/meet in Tampa/Riverview? I have a friend who does planning for events like this, and she's talking about doing on with the req. of cars 93 and up, just classy, clean looking cars trying to keep the atmosphere friendly for networking and such... idk the extent she's taking it to but figured i'd ask if anyone around here would even want to attend something like that.

i was thinking across the street of UCF at Yogurtopia.. I talked to the owner already about having meets there, and they were cool with it.. I like this because I can bring my fiance and she could have some yogurt and chill out.. while we take pics and stuff.. plus it is a nice parking lot... nice and empty lol ..

if you guys havent tried this place, it is a pretty cool experience..
