Sierra Acura, Alhambra did the PS hose and wiper motor recalls on my TL 1-2 years ago-- positive.

2yrs ago it was keyes which closed moved couple blocks and became Center Acura.... keyes F* it up, just couple months ago my steering pump hose was damaged so took it to Center so far its been good.

since i bought my car used.. can i just take my car into sierra and tell them about the recall?

Yes! U can take it to any Acura dealership.

Call and make an appointment or do what I did.....
I just drove up to Cerritos Acura and told them that I was there regarding the power steering hose recall. A couple hours later I was outta there. No problems whatsoever.

BTW I drive a TSX. Either way.....TSX or TL.....the recall still applies.

Had mine done at Santa Monica Acura a couple years ago. Been good but I don't go to thata dealership anymore I go to Center Acura now.
