A = replace engine oil
1 = rotate tires
3 = replace transmission and transfer fluid
You can do everything yourself. It's pretty easy and will probably run you $80 max. But if you can't,
Dealer (approximate):
A = $35-$40
1 = $15-$20
3 = $150
Independent shop? I'd say about 30-40% less.

B = replace engine oil and filter
1 = rotate tires
2 = replace air cleaner element, replace dust and pollen filter, inspect drive belt
B = same as A, $35-$40
1 = same as above, $15-$20
2 = $140+ which is a major rip off since it's so easy to do yourself. both are like $20 (max) parts, and takes a few mintues.
how to replace dust and pollen filter:
