Accord - My fault completely

SE-R - Total surprise, somebody pulled out in front of me .. long story short car nearly rolled and skid 20ft on it's side until coming back on all 4.

CL-S - I'm stoked that I'm back, SE-R wasn't exactly a "quality" car .. tons of mechanical issues & rattle(s) galore.

On another note, I couldn't even last a week ... Form & Function Type 1 coils are on their way.

I'm thinking of adding some 3G base TL or TL-S wheels in the near future ..

Green Flash Brewery is awesome, last time I went they had various food trucks, music and the beer wasn't bad on price either.

Unfortunately, I think I'm going to be out of the country for a good chunk of August .. I'll be a maybe.

Well, insurance paid $12,200 for my Altima which ultimately paid out my loan and I had enough in savings to pickup the remainder of the CL-S.

I had to go all the way to Long Beach to get it and it was well worth it!

Oh and ... coilovers are on their way. $450 shipped for new Form & Function Type 1s.

 

Thats not to far to go for a quality used car! We will have to get together for some Pho!

 

Pho is better served for the winter.

picked up rims recently but no money for tires :[ anyone know any good hook-ups for tires?

i'm definitely not trying to pay 400 for a new set lol

 

^ Might be a long shot, but:

Craigslist or Bear Tire in Miramar.

You might as well buy a new set .. hard to find a used / cheap set of matching tires that don't have patches / have bad camber wear.

Majority of the time, cheap tires will be worth more trouble than they're worth down the road.

 

I just bought some new Hankooks for my new rims. Got a $75 and an $80 visa card back from Discount tire. Still gonna be $600 OTD

 

Kevin. I got some new non name brand tires from Joes Tire in el cajon for $280 cash out the door. They are 225/40/18 and they have actually lasted me about 40k on mileage. I called and they said 300 plus tax and I told them $280 cash out the door and they took care of me. Might be worth a shot. They also have another shop off university or el cajon blvd.

No worries! This is one of the few meets I attend on a somewhat regular basis .. lots of different types of cars (911s, Vettes, VIP, older / Newer BMWs, 240SXs, Evos, Subbies, etc).

Cruise through when you can, I'd like to see a 3G TL-S 6 speed out there!

Yikes yeah I can get pirellis $440 but I don't know if I want to spend that much because I still need to get the tires stretched and go to an alignment shop.
