Wow! Looks like there's a lot going on in SD. I'm bone stock again fellas. Just traded my '08 3G TL in for an 2010 SH-AWD 4G TL. I'm going to miss my 3G and miss WDP, sporting CBP on the 4G.

I for one think the 4G is one hell of a looker when the car is modded properly - painted front grill & aero-kit goes a long way

Any modding plans for it? You didn't happen to get the 6MT did you?

 

Thanks Tyler. Yeah, the 4G kept growing on me. I was thinking about getting a WRX, but in the end I couldn't give up on the quality of the TL's interior. Plus the test drive made me realize I liked the TL that much more. I'm going to take it slow on the modding, but do plan to update the grill, get the aero kit, 19s, jpipe, and maybe a suspension mod.

 

Anybody else down to go? I'm interested.

Also, If we plan on eating anywhere near Clairemont Mesa Blvd, I'd also be down to hit up Societe Brewing afterwards for a few tasty beers.

 

Yea, I was thinking of parting out my 3G before I traded it in, but it would have been too much work to get it all done in time to purchase the 4G TL. Definitely enjoying the new ride and can't wait to drive it to one of the local Acurazine Meets.

 

If you liked Societe I have plenty of other suggestions. All nearby to CMB

I'm going to postpone because - it's right thing to do & our turn out doesn't seem to tickle anybody's fancy.

The dyno broke on the first car haha, so they gave us credit to come back any day once it's fixed. Still finalizing my tune with vit and once that's done I'll use my credit to get a real dyno and compare it with vits edyno

 

Yeah I haven't touched it in a while but i just brought it out the other day might try and get it done in the next couple weeks

I'm not affiliated with the group nor am i pushing the religious angle (indeed they are called "JCs Girls"). But i think it's very nice of them to help other chicks trapped in the industry to get out. Apparantly they help guys trapped too. Creepos traffic guys too.
