Sure you can use them! I have had them in the box a couple years now.........never got around to installing them. I am in North Park/ South Park area. Would love to get them on my car at some point! Just so I blow the shocks and have to go coilovers! Ha

Hey guys! If you were looking to do a little car audio upgrade where would you go in San Diego? All the car audio places seem so sketchy!

Unfortunately, I don't know of a single shop that isn't as sketchy as you described.
I feel pretty good about the CL. Just got some new plugs and fresh oil in.

If it's sub i can help you it's pretty easy only P.I.A is getting the power cord through the firewall and finding a good remote source other than that it's pretty cake..

I am hoping to pick up a nice 5 channel amp on DIYMA and having it professionally installed under the seat. Signal from head unit with line driver. Maintain center channel and OEM amp for voice prompts. Have wires run to trunk for new sub. have it all connected to OEM speakers so it works.
Then I can at my leisure get a nice pair of front comps and deaden doors and install. I will also get a nice sub and construct infinite baffle and install. I can wait until good products become available and grab them as needed.
I just dont have the time or desire to strip interior and run all wiring and connections. I would prefer a pro do that. I do have time to mess with pulling a door panel and playing with deadener etc.
