Need a good tire / rims shop in West LA

Hey I'm looking to get some new tires / rims and wanted to know if anyone has any recommendations on shops in West LA. I can drive to anywhere in LA but would prefer ones on the Westside. I'm looking at 19's either TSW Snettertons, TSW Crofts, Axis Pentas or MRR GT1's.

Thanks for your help!!

whats your budget on the rims? I'd rather get some used nice wheels than new tsw wheels

I'm looking around $1500 or so. I know peeps have said TSW's are heavy and what not, but I'm not considered about weight.

Pick up some used wheels, I just got my HREs and the guy who bought em paid 6 grand for em and I picked em up for $2500 and he only drove on them for 3 weeks. They were brand new still. Anyways check craigslist, check ebay (though not much good stuff on ebay usually), check other forums like clublexus and others with our same bolt patterns. Other forums really are your best bet for nice rims, theres not usually much in the BM here on AZ. Though I still think we should have a seperate section in the BM for wheels. Anyways for tires I recommend Tire Central in 626 Donald is the man.

TSW :thumbsdow

For 1500 you could get some used volks... just search around azine, as well as c|ubrsx , i-club, any forum that has a lot of 5x114.3 bolt pattern cars and similar offset, size, width, etc.

Thanks for the advice everyone. I forgot to mention that the $1,500 is for wheels AND tires and not just the wheels. I've looked at Club Lexus and found some stuff I might be interested in.

I'm going to check out Tire Central in El Monte. If anyone else has any other recommendations, that would be appreciated as well. Thanks!

Thanks for the help guys. I just got my tires from Tire Cental. David was super cool and gave me a price way less than the other shops around my house. I'll def. go back there again.

I'm gonna have to say + 1,000,000 for Tire Central.

I took my Mercedes there yesterday to have tires installed and they saved me $60/corner!

Too bad they're like 40 miles from my house!
