Can anybody recommend a repair garage in Riverside/Orange County for Hondas and Acuras? We have a 2005 Odyssey with 100,000 that's ready for a timing belt. The dealer (Corona Honda) has quoted us $500.00. I want to do some comparison shopping before I commit.

try hock's honda in alhambra on valley blvd. I went there and got the 105k service done for $200 (labor only). I got the parts from the acura group buy going on for $300.

 

Hock's or SRS Automotive on Rosemead bl pass Garvey Ave. He used to be a master tech at Gardena Honda until he opened his own shop

I live 1.3 miles from there. They say they'll work on all models, but it looks like they specialize in Scion's.

 

Eh, it only seems like that 'cause the shop owner does own a couple Scions and the Scion community tends to come to him for stuff.

But he has experience with a number of cars/models.
