......so hot, dry and windy today........so I plan on driving down to Needles to Colorado river this coming friday, should i take my car, slammed 2g tl, or take the fit? I'm afraid of bottoming out on the way there...or should i dgaf and just drive teh tl?

Comfort? You're kidding me right? The TL is way more comfy compared to the FIT, I guess I'll take the FIT just to see how it performs lol.

^ Usman .. are you kidding me lol ? Have you ever seen the Fit before ? It's quite small and not that roomy . TL is more comfy and luxurious ..

I'd take the Fit .. not as comfy .. but hey .. you save more gas .. and you won't bottom out .

^^bottoming out is when the lowest part if your car hits the floor right? at least thats what i say it is

like when i bottomed out on that pinecone at the meet...

basically you hit a bump (or something) and your frame hits the floor

I guess the term "bottoming out" is different with cars then because bottoming out means (at least in mountain biking and I believe motorcycling) that the suspension is compressed to the point where it cannot compress anymore.... that is, there isn't enough shock travel, like when you hit a bump, dip, pothole, etc.

To me, what Slushy described is scraping.... because you're so low.

Escondido is in San Diego.

I'm in Barcelona now for another ~3 months. My TL is fully modded, but hardly driven, only has 2K original miles.
