I realize this is an Acura forum, but I figured I'd extend this to some old friends (and new ones!).

I'm helping host this event and I know the person in charge wouldn't mind some Acura enthusiasts. As long as you have a passion for cars or motorsports. Anyway, I know a lot of you wanted to get some track time/experience without ruining your car. Well this is your chance!

Event Details

MClub’s Arrive and Drive is a simple and fun karting program hosted exclusively for Motorsport enthusiasts. This event will be held at Willow Springs Racing and will be open to all driver levels. Whether you are a beginner or a track regular, this event will provide everything from on-track driving technique to full wheel-to-wheel Grand-Prix style racing. Instructors will cover the basic skills necessary combined with advanced racing techniques including: trail braking, sliding the kart and cornering speeds.

Strap yourself into a Honda 4-stroke race kart while accelerating to speeds greater than 50mph! Experience the thrill of wheel-to-wheel racing while not worrying about damaging your personal car. This all inclusive event provides you with everything from the karts to full racing suit, helmet and gloves.

Run Groups: Virgin | Beginner | Intermediate | Advanced

This event will be closed at 40 drivers. Make sure to sign up today as there will be no exceptions once the event fills up.

There will also be a few caravans heading out from Camarillo, San Diego, OC and Santa Monica, so please post where you are coming from.

This looks hella fun, I love indoor karting, this looks even more fun. I would probably go but I am doing a track day at willow the day before this. Perhaps the next one. Oh I didn't see a price listed but how much is this usually?

I spotted the gen coupe looking sexy in the background and I also spotted Josh and his matching helmet with the guy next to him.

It was hot as hell at willow today...I still never saw a price on the karting?

 

It's $150/a person which is all inclusive with the karts, gear, fuel and etc.
