Bonus lawlz for putting a hitch on the M3 and stopping somewhere before getting to the track...

Pull the M3 off, hook the trailer up to it, and then pull the F1Fiddy the rest of the way to the big show.

Not yet. Trailer tires are supposedly rated to 65 mph (I tow around 70-72, never had a blowout) and the truck would do 97 sitting on the speed limiter on the back straightaway.

Now it's got a tune and my tuner said I could wrap the speedometer back around to 0 if I tried hard enough. Would definitely need beefier trailer tires for that kinda fun.

Talking about the F150.. it was the only truck to pass the recent small overlap crash test..
The other trucks failed in the sense that your legs would have been mangled.

I did a track day (bro) a while back. Cayenne pulls up with an enclosed trailer. GotMeCurious.jpeg

Out rolls another Porsche. GT3.

I feel this type of test is flawed because the impact area is actually much smaller in the real world.
So the injuries could be much worse.

Yeah, but that's a 2015+ and mine's a 2011... still did pretty well though. I want a bigger (enclosed) trailer which means a beefier truck to pull it. Thinking about either a 2018 F150 diesel, or a recent F250 SuperDoody.

He sounds poor. The real ballers show up with a pusher RV pulling a paint-matched 28' enclosed trailer.

There were a lot of poor people there that day. By and far, I was the pooriest. Like, there were three kids there with their super dorifto wangan midnight tofu delivery 240sx's and even they looked at me and were like, "get a jerb you societal drain".

Felt bad man.

Nah, Raptors kinda suck for towing. Suspension is too soft and they're rated to pull less than their street-truck counterpart.

I really, really want to be that DC 'mo with a 6.7L turbodiesel pickup truck with a turboback exhaust. And drive it around blasting Britney and shit.

But the Hook Spit suddenly takes on the new meaning now that you've pointed it out. It's not Hook Spit. It's "Hook, Spit" then an implied "do it again until the truck payment is made".

Genuis!

Aaaaaaand there's the bullshit!

Get outta here with the logic. Raptor! You can straight line the track at a buck twenty. Victory has never been so close.

We call that the "5-to-9 shortcut" at Summit Point Lotta people blow the braking zone and slide right through the infield. To hell with it, I could just stay on throttle.

I wonder if I could sneak a Raptor into our American Iron class. It's basically a huge Mustang.
