Suggestions For Winter Wheels - '12 SH-AWD
I am looking to purchase winter wheels for my car. Currently my '12 has the 19" Elite/Advance OEM wheels on it. I'd like to keep it an OEM Honda/Acura wheel if possible and see if I can find a decent deal through Craigslist/Kijiji/etc. and try and keep things on the cheaper side.
I love the MDX Advance wheels, but there doesn't seem to be decent deals anywhere that I can find them:

Any other suggestions? I'd like to keep it on the lower cost range of things, I don't care too much if they aren't the most beautiful wheels, as this is for winter only.
Thanks,
Mike

I apologize, I didn't intend for this to be a WTB thread, just looking for suggestions for OEM wheels I haven't thought of yet that would be suitable for winter wheels.

Keeping TL until 2029
You have so many options. I would get some 3rd party alloys or some used 17's OEM from kijiji. I have the steel rins that Acura uses (same as the Ridgeline steel rims) and they are HEAVY. Not that I want light rims in the winter but when my tread starts going on them, I may opt to get some nicer rims for the winter. After about 4 winters, the steel rims are starting to look a little rusty.

I just wanted to know if there's any OEM wheel that I haven't thought of that would be good, fitment wise, for my TL, that's all!
I've seen lots of the Acura/Honda steel rims on Kijiji/CL but most are starting to look a little rough, so I was trying to avoid those.

^the 4th gen TL changed its bolt pattern to be more of the Euro kind...
so, any of the past Acura's wont fit..(as they have the conventional japenese bolt pattern
this can be found on the 4G TL wiki page. also, if you google and look hard enough you will find the wheel specs + bolt pattern + hub size.
you're probably looking for another set of 4G wheels.

I know the 4G is 5x120 and most others are 5x114.3. Just wanted to see if there were any OEM wheels I hadn't thought of or come across in my searches, but I guess not!
Thanks!
Thanks!

Not just any 5x120 will work...lots to consider here: center bore, width, offset.

Top wheels are the accessory wheels for the 09-11 TL, and the lower set look to be replica M6 wheels.
Wheelsandcaps.com sells excellent reps of BMW wheels and other brands, have used them for my 760 along with folks on bimmerfest without any issues. Rep wheels from them are harder to bend (21's) then the factory ones!

but you want to insure safety! If the wheel cracks or shatters during driving, it can cost a few people their lives. Certainly not worth it over a few dollars.
