Depo is very close in OEM in reliability. I doubt there is really a difference besides that OEM is 100% fitment and DEPO is 98% fitment.

I've heard that some people complain about fitment, but others dont. However, people who say that there is a fitment issue say that it is unnoticeable unless the person is standing close and paying attention to it.

DEPO has reliability like OEM, but doesn't have the same look as OEM. It is off color, inside edges aren't clean cut and the inside bezel looks cheaper but nothing too noticeable.

As per fitment, not all DEPO have issues and I have seen OEM have issues with fitment. I have seen/made/installed A LOT of tail lights so this is my opinion since I specialize in them.

Eagle eyes on the other hand are the worst made replica and suck, I hate them with a passion.
