so I have them connected to a remote that has a few different settings like strobe and such. and I only use them when parked.

ok pyro/

i installed the RV6 downpipe on Saturday. Install is straightforward. done before/

then i installed the TEIN SS. I bought a used set and bought all new tophats from DCH Acura.

I set the front at the recommended 1.20 and #6 on the knob
Rear recommended is 1.0. prev owner had set about 1.6.....but I went with 1.2 to start thinking the wagon has a bit more weight in the back....so 1.20 and #6 on the knob.

no pics of install here as this has done a gabillion times; nothing new.

i havent touched the camber or anything but it rides AWESOME. as nice as stock. from inside you would not know its lowered. until i try to go into my driveway and i scrape the wiper in the front. and a bit of road noise at 80MPH.

i have a set of pics and will post more later but here is one,,,,

Looks great, I think it needs a spacer for at least the rear tho, a little too sunken

Woohoo

I installed the SPC rear chamber kit, removed the mud flaps, and raised the front Tein to 1.4 kept rear at 1.2. That makes front and rear both .2 higher than the recommended. I was able to get out the driveway without scraping at all. I still have damping set at 6 all around. VERY STOCK LIKE.

This minute I am sitting at "STEER AND STOP SHOP" getting an alignment.
Place came highly recommended by CORSPORT so am comfortable.

Today I had the Vibrant reso that is recommended with the RV6 installed today.

AA Muffler and Brake. See Scott.

$50 /

Not too much left in the mod box. but it coincides with a depleted mod budget......need to see what we get for bonus in NOV.

I agree. It looks absolutely amazing. I so love those wheels. The rears need a 10mm spacer, but its not nearly as quick and easy since you have to take off the brakes to do it. Nothing like my M3 where you just take the wheel off, put on the spacer and put in extended studs if necessary. Then once the spacers are in, it needs a fender roll. I haven't touched that yet on mine either because of all of that.

have fun with yours. mine ride height and wheel is done except for the comments

could care less about rolling fenders STANCE etc.

I have been to all the local TUNER MEETS and i get nothing but compliments.
maybe 400 cars at the meet......about 5-10 are STANCED as they call it/

IMO its a magazine thing. also maybe it works in a place like scali with the nice roads and no weather to deal with......or PHX. come drive that stanced shit over here in the real world and see what happens/

Sorry, I didn't mean it in a negative way. I merely meant to point out to others that it isn't just as simple as slapping on a spacer to get the figment like the fronts. I wish that Acura would have made them from the factory with the "flushness" equal front and back.

I don't mind any comments, good and bad. Apologies if it came across too strong.

I was sort of lashing out at the haters and agreeing with you same time.

Its easy to be a keyboard modder.I know that's not you but there are many here LOL

Like you say with fro t and rear differences you must buy a staggered set or use spacers to get front back match on the offset.

I got a set of brand new forged wheels for about 60% of retail so I am HAPPY with my compromise. I also do not understand this stretched tire concept. Maybe on a cheap cast or OEM wheel cause you know your gonna bust it up sooner or later. Cannot see that on a DD on the roads in any place that has winter.

MOD ON BRO

I didn't want staggered wheels either because you can no longer rotate tires, and it's not even RWD. For a front heavy FWD car, you totally screw up the handling as well. Same with camber on the rear. Comber front for turn in and corner grip, yes. Cambered rear, can't handle right at all.

from afar it looked good but not close.

i didnt have the skills of cu2 dan to reshape the grille......

i think my fav is the chrome H that comes with the grille.

i am not that happy with the red H.

but i will rock this for a while/

these are resin and 2 layer. the background then the outline and the A. so there is some dimension to it like a real badge.

its definitely a compromise. i decided to just keep the circle acura and just have the backgruond black (in my case i vinyl it with carbon fiber)

like you said, looks great afar, get closer you can see the emblem and background isn't perfect. but i personally prefer the circular look haha

i do like how yours such a good fit though

new LED DRL.

vleds 1800 lumen http://www.vleds.com/cxa-led-headlights.html

and i wired in some 6ohm resistors. 10ohm will work too. one per side.

but vleds also sells some 9005 pnp resistors. http://www.vleds.com/resistors/in-li...05-1-pair.html

DRL output

drl at night

lowbeam only

then with highbeam

Excellent! 10ohm would cut the output down I assume.

No I don't think so

10 ohm would actually be better....higher number id actually less resistance which means less heat. Resistor sole purpose is to trick module into thinking DRL is drawing proper load. Negative side of resistor is heat.

Got to be careful where you put them

I'm trying to do this but just for parking lights
do you know which of the wires do i need to use?
red i assume power and black ground? and white is?

White is dim and red is bright

If I just want to do parking can I chose
Red. Or will they burn out faster

I was just in Denver and saw a graphite wagon coming towards me by City Park. Thought it might it be you, and then it turned out to be a lady in a stock one. Oh well. If I had made the trip in my wagon instead of the Odyssey, I would have been sure to meet up and shoot them together.

Wagons there are so ubiquitous, you just aren't that special. :P I am going through Subaru withdrawals now that I am home.
