Type-S has a 2nd Throttle body for the VSA Traction control system so the pipe is shorter and it won't reach the TB of the TL-p.
Your best bet is the AEM v2 CAI if your not planning in upgrade to a bigger TB in the future or a TL-S Swap.

^ It says TL (Not TL Type-S Anywhere)
CL Type-S 6 Speed Doesnt have VSA so it will fit the CL Type-S 6 Speedo but not the Automatic CL Type-S which again has VSA...
So it will fit your TL-p nicely if its made for the CL Type S Manual (NOT AUTO).
To Sum Up:
TL-p (Same Throttle Body)
CL-p (Same Throttle Body)
CL-S 6 Speed (Slightly Bigger Throttle Body)
^ Can use same CAI, CL-S 6 Speed will have a slightly bigger tube diameter but it will fit the smaller TBs OK regardless.
TL-S (VSA)
CL-S AUTO (VSA)
^ Needs Shorter CAI.

^ Unless you go for FULL Performance (Swap to Manual ECU to avoid MIL Codes) and get a bigger TB there is hardly any reason to mess with the VSA TB it doesn't change the gains from a CAI for Example and if it does it would be so slightly that it will not out weight the cons (Like Losing Traction Control).
AUTOs need it for the traction control and it will pop codes if you disconnect it so I cant see how can you delete it without messing with the AUTO ECU.
