Tpms

Nope, not normal. I assume you tested the tire pressure with an accurate tire gauge. Often when the battery starts to go, you will get unusual readings. The batteries in the TPMS last around 7 or 8 years and it appears you could be at the end of your battery life. Has this driver side wheel had problems in the past, not TPMS, but with slow leaks or a nail in the tire? The more one wheel continues to transmit TPMS trouble, the quick the battery will wear out.

its your TPMS on the way out, mine didn't do that. It decide to throw me a message "check your TPMS" I already know the TPMS sensor but it kinda surprise me since the guy who I swap Aspec wheel from had 185k miles on the clock and being 11 years old.

Yes, you can go to Ebay and get a TPMS sensor much less than it would cost you at an Acura dealer. Keep in mind that when one sensor goes out, the batteries in the other sensors are usually pretty much not far from failing too. You might want to just bite the bullet and replace them all.

The dealer is showing part number 06421-s3v-a04 as tpms for $26.09 the illustration number 1. Is this the right part? If it is at that price is not bad. Why are people saying they cost $40-$70 each?

Labor for this can be expensive. If you are needing new tires, it would make sense to combine these two jobs to save money. The prices for TPMS sensors have dropped for older model cars because there are aftermarket companies making them much cheaper so the OEM had to lower their price.
