New and need help

Hey whats up everyone, just purchased my first acura and its an 03 cl type s 6 speed. My problem is that the driver seat stays leaning forward like I am trying to let someone out of the backseat. I can't seem to get it to lock back in the upright position. Does anyone have a fix for this?
I read some of the previous threads about the gears needing to be lubed and pushed with a screwdriver but they didn't touch on my issue.

couldn't figure out how to edit my first post but wanted to add what i have found so far:
It does have HID, not sure if that is standard
Also has Tanabe Super Medalion Hyper Spec Racing Exhaust (tips look to big for the car but makes it sound really good)

I just purchased it last night so haven't had much time to go through everything and see what is aftermarket on it, i will update when i get a chance (hopefully today) to go through everything.

My best guess is that there may be an issue with the FR. SEAT-BACK WALK-IN WIRE, (INNER); #8 on the link below:

Acura Parts @ AcuraOEMparts.com - Genuine Acura OEM Parts from Delray Acura

With that said, for about $22 you can get a download of the service manual from the link below:

Acura CL 3.2 2001, 2002, 2003 Service Repair Manual PDF Download | AutoManualSource

There is a section pertaining to front seat linkage disassembly/reassembly that can give visual reference on the repair, if in fact it is related to the 'walk-in wire' noted above.
