I can't really give you a time cause it does involve a lot of prep work, have to order for materials, I don't have a lot left, and for the center console depending on what you want done it may have to be disassembled. I drove around without the center console for a week but that was when my setup was less convenient.
I'd say be prepared for 5-6 hours just on doors and stuff that doesn't have to be taken out. If the center console has to be dismantled I'd have to wrap the pieces later on and assemble them once its done. Also depends on what finish you want, like clear coat on the vinyl which makes it darker and tougher in general.

Well we should meet up sometime and you should give me some pointers! I was looking at this thread https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-2004-2008-93/f-170-diy-3m-di-noc-carbon-fiber-grille-interior-diy-page-4-a-765483/
got me interested in doing this!

Its not hard when you get some time working on it. The downside is that it wastes material to get used to it. I'd say wrap flatter surfaces first to understand what a heat gun can do to the material and then move onto complex shapes. The worst is the front grille and the side trim pieces on the dash board.
