Basic car cleaning supplies that i use Link

My goal is to keep my TL looking fairly stock, i want a random person walking by it to still think my car could come direct from the factory. I havn't done any performance mods because I am worried about messing with the warranty and the car doesn't really need it. This is my third car and third Acura and i couldn't be happier with it. (previous 2001 MDX and 2007 TL). I bought the car certified pre owned in July 2013, I absolutely love it and it still puts a smile on my face every time i get into it. Only small regret was not getting a manual transmission but with the DC traffic might not have been the worst idea getting the auto.

Future planned mods
XLR8 Exhaust round tips waiting a little bit on this one because I am worried about voiding the warranty

19" Diamond-cut Rims (trying to find some used ones for decent price/someone trading in there car looking to trade for the stock rims plus some cash)

Very nice TL. I just bought a white 2012 sh-awd. I actually prefer the stock 18's over the advanced 19's.

Interesting spot choice for the mute button on your passport... Was there already a spot to run that!? I ran mine to my A-Pillar haha

Not sure what you mean by your question. That little nook i think is all on 4g TLs and i was pretty easy to run the cord there. I like it bc it is out of the way and you cant really see it, but it is still easy to press the button.

Yep i taped the fuse, the TL uses low profile mini fuse tap (i think that is the right term) anyway it isn't something that most basic auto part stores have in stock so along with everything else i buy i picked up one off amazon. see the link below for the one i bought which i liked bc it already came with fuses.

I wish i still had all the links i used to give you that i used for info

Here is one i used it also is a V1 install
note: you dont have to take the A piller off you can easily sneak the cord around that and tuck it in. just removed the rubber marked with the dotted light blue line (so easy to do this)

I cant find the pic that showed me what fuse to tap but if you want i can take a pic of my fuse box to show you were i added the fuse.

thanks man!

I did the same thing with 08 civic si...I ran the wire along the A pillar. Did you just jam a fuse 7.5 into a empty fuse slot to give it power? But yeah if you could snap a quick pic of your fuse that would be great.

Thank you!

here you go, i took out the fuse that was in there (7.5) and then added it the "fusetap" along with another fuse that came with it. so now the fuse tap has 2 (7.5) fuses in it

I chose this slot is because someone else did this one as well and said it was a good one to use.

kinda hard to take photos of this area so i hope those work for you.
