Looking to purchase an 06 TSX with 36k miles CPO for $15k. Had a minor fender bender before. Half the positive reviews about paragon look fake and the negative reviews look real.

Have any of you guys ever dealt with Paragon? This car looks like a bait car too me after reading reviews about Paragon doing the bait tactic.
I am having a friend check the car out tomorrow that lives local to the area so if it is a bait car . Better luck next time.

 

Ummm...do all the negative reviews about Paragon posted on these forums not scare you??? Don't be that person person born every 15 seconds! (Or whatever the time interval is. )

I bought the last brand new 08 TL they had because I had no choice. Defiantly the worst experience I have had with a dealer.

They are shity people, don't bother. go to curry acura.

 

I dealt with their Honda service and they were the worse. And they also harass you a lot after the sale to try and get you to upgrade your vehicle. I had to lie to them and tell them I was in an infiniti just so they could stop calling me.

 

they suck ass....i almost had a fight with one of the service guys....my car wasnt ready but the said i had to return the loaner if not there where going to charge me ...i went ape shit on this guy....2 weeks later i got my car back and they still didnt finish it....never again....thank god i sold my tl.......

 

I have a 06 TSX with 6 speed that I bought new at Valley Stream. Test drove one at Paragon back in 06 and the salemen wouldn't even quote me a price on the car. Thought they were playing games. He couldn't do anything wothout first checking with his boss. I didn't like the "games" they were playing and walked out.

I'm selling my car if you're interested. (38K, silver w black interior)

 

they suck and will take advantage of you...ONLY IF YOU DONT DO YOUR HOMEWORK.dont understand how my man bought a car that was in an accident when you have carfax.i got my acura from them 03 type-s and its still running like new..i went in there w/my eyes close.but i knew what i wanted.cause they kept pushin a reg tl on me like im stupid.."oh but it got a navi"...i dont care i wanted a type-s.remember you dont have to buy sh@# and walk out.but try 'em out see the bull then fu@# w/curry..cause im doin vallystream,curry or somebodyelse next time...peace

 

I got my first TL-S 03 from them and it was the worst..... car had an accident and wasnt even on the car fax. 4 years later i got my RL there cause i couldnt find it else where and still going thru hell with their service department which seems to have messed up my car more! NEVER again....

 

Bumping this...how do you know the car was hit if it wasnt on the carfax?

 

Any good bodyshop can inspect and tell you. A LOT of accidents do not show up on Carfax. Call your insurance comapny and ask them if they report to Carfax....most do not.

Paragon Acura....yo this dealer suck big time......i got my 08 type-s in sep 07...and i wanted black on black interior...and they only had black wit bage interior...no good service...they had my car for 2 week just to fix a minor matter wit the car...

 

Paragon Sucks Royal. I went to them 1st for my TL, walked out in 4 minutes. Just Douches. Bought the car from Acura of Westchester, not one complaint.

 

Curious with all these bad comments about Paragon I wonder why Acura Corporate just don't shut them down? Talk about given the brand a bad name!

 

i know i'm bumping an old thread, but i stumled across these threads when i googled Paragon. I purchased my 1st car from Paragon in January 2010. picked up an 2006 TL NAV cert.

i went through a painful experience waiting 6+ hours to walk out with keys in hand. living in boston, i did everything possible (paperwork, plates, etc) to eliminate multiple 4 hour commutes back and forth.

they didnt touch a single thing i wanted fixed when i left the deposit. the car was CPO, so i was able to go locally to get my stuff fixed after.

overall, i walked away with an amazing deal on the perfect car. the 4 hour drive, paperwork, and waiting forever to get my car was worth the price. would i buy from them again? probably. just have patience and don't let them take advantage of you.

 

worst place in the world dont ever go there idc how cheap the car is. when i was looking for my type s i found one on their site i call and the lady said they have the car in stock i go in 30 mins later. i talk to the saleman and hes like ill look for the car..comes back and says car was sold two days ago OK later on i find out the boss doesnt want to sell the car because his nephew is driving it OK. month later i buy my type s and needed to get the speakers fixed sadly i went to paragon for service first few times they claimed they put in new speakers bla bla same problem.... the last time i took it in i marked the speakers..manager once again said he replaced them OOKK ....took the car there about 8 times ..... to make it short DONT GO TO PARAGON

Paragon Acura is the worse.

Besides all the negative experiences I've had with the service department, I remember when I went to their parts department. I waited like 45 minutes for someone to attend me, and all I was getting was a license plate holder.

Go somewhere else, they are GARBAGE.
