I would do that if I could stuff 50w bulbs into low beams...which I failed miserably at.

Dan never found me the vinyl he used for his lights and whatever I bought was garbage.

I am definitely open to a thin layer of film over them.

In all seriousness.......I wonder if the insurance company would cover Leo's car if it were to have an electrical fire due to a malfunctioned aftermarket HID kit or overloaded electrical system.

if they cover random people running into you, I see no reason why they wouldn't cover aftermarket parts as well.

as long as you aren't racing.

I saw something on another forum where the insurance company found out that the source of the fire was an aftermarket HID ballast/ignitor that was wired straight to the battery. they did not cover the car, luckily it was an intrepid or something dumb. I will try to find.
