haha, the weather has been pretty weird out here. It's been going from cold to hot, yesterday was high of 89 the day before was high of 67. Now it's supposed to rain, and I just washed my damn car.

So i put my rear facing fog in today.

The relay i bought to make it flash when i hit the brakes was working fine untill i had everything all buttoned up and was going to adjust the flash rate...and it stops flashing when i hit the brakes

Im gonna shoot a email to the site i got it from and see what they think the problem is.

Haha I hear you.

I hate it here, I don't really have a garage spot here because half of it is filled with crap and the other half my mom parks on. I'm right in the hills so it's alot of wind at night and pollen will completely cover my car in a matter of hours. Thankfully my mom is in Houston this week so I was able to kick her car out and put mine in!

so i thought i would share my issue last night.. not sure if any of you had the same prob.. Last night i was driving home from work and i hit a bump.. all of a sudden i heard this scrapping/blastic bag in the wind stuck under my car sound... so i pull over didnt notice anything... thought for sure it was a plastic bag and it just flew away.. so i drive further and still hear it.. so now i am thinking its in my engine bay or something... so i get home and take a look.. and behold it was the oil pay drain plug plastic cover.. i am guessing when i hit a bump it knocked it loose backwards.. (so the screw part was still latched) and i scraped the crap out it.. so now i took it off.. im am pondering the thought of even buying another one cause i dont want it to happed again

Ok, so my front end is creaking a bit over small bumps at low speed. Is this common of coilovers or FSTB's? Could the nuts on the dampers be loose and need to be torqued again? Ideas? Or should I just man up and accept that you'll get some squeaks when you wanna be low?

Is it a suspension creak...or a body creak?

Mine is mainly body since the TL has such a stiff frame+stiff suspension driving up into driveways makes my body creak as it tries to twist.

you should fill in the side rail floor panels with foam.. when it expands it will stiffin the frame up and take away alot of the body creaks.. and since its foam its also light

Well when I pick up the deadening it'll be 86 sq ft of Second Skid damplifier pro. So if I have enough left over after the doors, fender wells and trunk I'll def pull up the side rail panels and do them as well.

whats interesting is on there website.. they would be celebrating 57yrs open.. open since WW2 time.. you think with all this economic crap that happens every 15 yrs or so people would expect it.. Too many tight wads out there are afraid to give up that extra house in hawaii to save a few jobs.. and i also blame the damn media for making people scared

blame the past Presidents from Bush Senior on through to BO today for screwing over a good economy. Regan came in and set up the framework for the roaring 90's while Bush Sr. set the framework for big government and high taxes that BO is carrying out as we speak.

You do not help American's get jobs by taxing the Rich till they are poor and you don't help the economy by taxing business into the ground. Think, if you started a business or bust your ass to get to the top of the pile why should you give up your lifestyle?

Seriously, you went to school, you worked hard, you climbed the ladder so you could have nice vacations, cars, etc... why should you be told by the government or someone else that you aren't allowed to have that anymore because the poor deserve it more? I believe you are poor for a reason and generally that reason is laziness. We are all capable of learning, we are all capable or working hard, and we are all capable of starting a new business but instead most of this country is lazy and good-for-nothing with their hand out.

Sorry, I just don't blame the rich for our problems, I place the blame squarely where it belongs, our excuse of a government and a lazy society. Back in WWII times people worked damn hard, even our parents worked damn hard, but what about us? We bitch if we have to put in an extra hour of over time. So we had it coming.

From what i heard last night on the news the liquidation deal just went through last night.

The worth of items at Joes is around $120million estimate, and all of it sold to the the liquidator for around $60million.

Someone is gonna capitalize on this.

haha.. your into noise deadening game now

coilovers creak as it ages.. and tsx creaks alot too especially on window seams.
now my tl is starting to creak on doors after getting new power door locks from the dealer. gonna go fix the creaks before bumper to bumper warranty expires.

also i think all acura creaks as frame flexes on angled curbs
