The coast range never feels "mountainess" to me. So heading over hood. Will be heading over the coast range today for a couple of days.

End of August is perfect so far. Might go camping this summer but we haven't set a date yet.

 

did a night camp on wed night. it was great.. love fresh air.. needed it since been a whirlwind of time for the past 2 weeks..

 

We are going to camp simply because we can't afford anything else. It's inexpensive fun.
I'm thinking about doing the Deschutes or Willamette National Forest, mostly because we haven't been there for soooo looong.

FYI, we need to talk puppies as we are considering getting a dog. Carrie wants a dog like yours, so I need some advice. Not sure how the cat is going to handle a new member of the family.
