on my long journey to montana i thought i might see a few done up cars.. i didnt see a single one =( and to add to it.. i didnt see a tsx past spokane.. just thought i would put that out there. i did have a few WTH is that looks at my car where people are trying do figure out what it is.. next big road trip i will need a bigger vehicle.. the car was great but i think a suv would of been better

 

Yep, it's amazing how much more crap you can fit into an CUV/SUV. I will keep the RDX just for that reason.

 

when i had my civic hb i could fit tons of shit in it with the seats down.. it was great!

 

I've taken a wife a 5 year old and a 2 year old to Idaho with all of their crap in the tsx, no whining

 

haha who is whinning?? did a mpg check to see what i got filled the tank and added seafoam thursday night before leaving.. did 368 miles to spokane and came out to 27mpg after that made it to helena on 3/4 of a tank (btw spokane has 93 octane!) didnt check the mpg on that.. filled up in helena 91 octane and drove all the way to spokane again with fewer stops but driving alittle faster on the road mustard up a 29mpg. after that drove all the way home figured i did pretty good average speed was around 80 i would guess.. i can only imagine if i stuck at the actual speed limits on what i would of gotten for mpg

 

^meh, anit got nothin on my 18mpg RDX. Gonna toss a sparkler in my tank and get that fucker airborne.

There is a half dozen things I want to do to the RDX now that it is off warranty. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most epensive years of my life (so far). I can't seem to catch a break. Everytime I turn around another expensive bill hits me in the face.

I have actually considered selling the HDTV in the bedroom and a maybe bunch of tools too just to get back on track. I'm broke at a time in my life when I should be stable financially.

Funny (in a pathetic sort of way) how just a couple of large expenses can fuck with an average budget.

FYI if you have anything to fill with gas, NOW is the time to do it. Historically, gas prices are at their lowest right now, then start to rise after the 4th and peak in the mid summer...then start to go down into the Christmas season. And then the 6 month hump cycle starts all over again.
