Traffic school

I got a red light running camera ticket back in July and my due date to take traffic school is sometime in December. Anyone know of a good traffic school to take? By good I mean one that can be taken online, doesn't require any test taking or anything? Thanks

No such thing. You have to take quizzes throughout the test, and then a final exam at the end.

There's no way around, it, but you're very fortunate that you can even take traffic shool online. One thing that get's tedious is the fact that there are time limits on each page, meaning that you can't skip through each page to get to the quiz at the end for a set amount of time per page.

But, it's still better than going to court for traffic school.

Does that mean I will actually be spending 8 hrs on the computer?

If you dont pass the quizzes and tests, does that mean you will fail the course?

Alameda county in Berkeley right by the Cal campus. I always knew it was there but I totally forgot that one stupid day when I tried to make the yellow going left.

This is what I did in the past:

Your county will let you know which classes you can take.
1. Pick one.
2. Find hot girlfriend/wife.
3. Have her do it.

I got hit w/ about the same red light violation, but in san leandro. (fail) Anyways, paid the "fee" and also enrolled in "traffic school", but took it on-line and finished it at work FTW!! Just barely read through the lessons, took the "tests" at end of each lesson, then took a "Final" at the end. Overall cost, w/ them sending the "certificate" that I completed the course...$34

How much was your ticket? Mine was about $420, but if I wanted to take a traffic school it ended up being like around $480. FTL. For that price, I could of got a nice mod

Option 1: go to court & fight ticket, lose & pay higher fee
Option 2: pay ticket fee w/o traffic school & point in driving record: $460
Option 3: pay ticket fee w/ traffic school & no point in driving record: $500

I chose option 3, but had to add the $34 for the on-line traffic school so grand total...$534 (fail) I could've used part of the funds towards my upcoming timing belt change

Yes I went with option 3 as well. They raised the price of the ticket ($64 IIRC) after I received my other courtesy notice. I was floored after seeing the fee go up and no one giving a straight answer, red light ticket from a camera. This ticket was in Newark. East Bay FTL....

I went with improv comedy driving school since I got a few VIP passes for headliners and some other cool things to use ($150 worth of passes in total). If you attend comedy shows like me it was a plus.

They are all require testing, otherwise it would not be called "school". You have to go through the course and take tests but they are pretty easy if you pay attention. It is also required that you have to be in "school" for a certain period of time so there is a time requirement to each session.

just finished tonight. Took me about 90 mins from beginning to end...ctrl+F ftw. I need to find out in a few days to make sure the court got my certificate of completion.

$14.95 for the course and they send my certificate to the court. Ticket Toaster is a for sure recommendation as long as they dont F up any of the mailing to the courts

That's a great price, plus they mail it too! Kinda surprised they just don't do it electronically too though.

I think they faxed it actually. But either way one less hassle I have to worry about. I just gotta double check that the court received the paperwork on Monday.
