I Signed on as an editor at an online mag to help support the norcal community
Hey Guys,
Just wanted to let you know that I have signed on to become a senior editor at a great online magazine: www.motormusicmag.com.
You can read more about it in the electronics/audio sub forum or on the “News and Announcements” section of my website:
http://simplicity.elitecaraudio.org/custom3.html
Aside from writing my column “Installers Corner”, to which the first entry can be found here: http://motormusicmag.com/Blogs/84/18...car-audio.html . (An independent section will be added soon). My other main function is to cover the local aftermarket tuning community and giving all of you guys, regardless if you own a mega show piece or a mild daily driver, some recognition and support.
I will be going to various meets throughout the Bay Area and taking pictures of the events and writing a story on it afterwards. Also, if a car catches my eye, I will send it up the ladder to try and setup a video feature on the vehicle. In some instances, I will also be able to arrange a more thorough web feature on the vehicle. In addition, I will be interviewing local enthusiasts and doing profile stories on them and their passion for cars.
Here are some examples of video features we have shot in the past:

Once again, Instead of focusing solely on super-budget projects and large scale national shows as many of the other magazines and website do, I want to give props to everyone whose actively involved in the tuning scene. Regardless of the scale and the media, I think deep down, all of us would love to see our intimate meets and personal vehicles recognized and in some way.
Anyway, if you have some suggestions on specific meets, or want me to focus on you or your car for a possible story and feature, email me at:
bing@motormusicmag.com or find me at the event.
So please come visit the website and pass it on to your friends. I look forward to seeing you guys at the meets soon!

That's awesome...keep me/us posted on any meets you are heading out too...
I am heading to SJ this weekend, if you are around, I may hit you up to brainstorm some ideas I'm kickin' around.

Hey Bing, do a feature of Dennis' box man...or better yet, do a contrast between two styles...James' outrageous yellow & black Bozoku with the hella high exhaust, flares, etc...and then Dennis' subtle yet unique jdm box w/ the jdm goodies that hardly anyone around has...suggestion only of course
The thought was there, the execution was weak. Something that could have been large was small. You missed out on the end of day meeting. At the end of the day, nothing changed.
