Hello Bay area guys, I recently got an Acura TL 2000, and its my first car!
I have had some vibrations on braking..and looks like its a brake rotor/pad issue. (https://acurazine.com/forums/2g-tl-1999-2003-98/vibration-when-i-apply-brakes-775785/)
Can you guys pls suggest me some good auto shop where I should be taking my car. Its an oldie, 108k miles, so I can compromise on quality (not too much) if it saves me some $$..
Also, is it a DIY thing?
Thanks

Hello everyone,
- I stay in San Jose, near downtown.
- Haven't bought any parts yet, wanted to check first if this can be taken care of by re-surfacing only (hope to save something
)
- Dont have much experience on DIY things and tools.. So all kind of help will be very much appreciated. (And yes, I can offer some beer as thanks, unless we end up like an oil change DIY post somewhere on this site.. can't find the post.)

Hello,
I met Ken('desired_speeds') today and he helped me do it. It was real quick! and with all tools in place, easy too.
My thanks to ken and others who responded!
