Mid muffler delete

I just installed some magnaflow 11225 mufflers and it's a nice low sound but I wanted a littler louder I was thinking about taking the mid muffler off and adding a magnaflow 10416 would it make a sound difference if I do this?

How much difference would J-pipes make? I'm thinking that will be my first exhaust mod.
