sorry to say but I got my car tinted by them and they're not that good...even tho i went cause ppl say they're good. my back glass had bubbles since day 1...i had to replace my front right side cause it had bubbles all along the bottom. All my windows still has mad bubbles...not a lot where I'll go crazy but enough where I can see. Only reason I haven't gone back to get it fixed is its like 40 min from where I live and I am lazy LOL. furthermore, they charged me $290...whereas I heard of a spot in burlington that does just as good work for $200 with lifetime warranty and uses the same material.

 

The Tint Guy... go to his website, the dude is out in lawrence ma, but he is official. plus the best part is that he guarantees his work for the lifetime of the vehicle... Price is 180, unless you wait till June, in which he will be giving a 10% disc. his work though gets no complaints... everything looks factory made.

 

solar solutions was about 160 for my coupe so im sure its under 200 for a sedan, they use suntek carbon and have lifetime warranty against bubbles and purpling, I mean they work on lambos and ferraris so these guys are legit lol

 

i would love to get my car tinted but don't want the unnecessary attention by the police. Also, I do not want to have some asshole driving my car around since barely anyone knows how to use a twin disk clutch haha

Lol you should be ok if you keep it legal. The Blue Beast would look nice with 35% and you shouldn't have issues with the police.

I can't vouch for any of the tint shops in/around the city but if you're ever on the south shore, I'd recommend Custom Detail & Window Tint. They do quality work and offer a lifetime warranty as well.

Yeah, you can just pull your car right in at Tint King. I would say most if not all places don't need to drive your car.

 

why would someone need to drive your car to tint?

 

i mean driving it around the shop and what not before they start or after they finish

 

Just got mine done at Solar Solutions it was $240 total with the felt ($180 without). And Jeff at solar solutions you can sit at the couch and see the guy doing your tints, he doesn't have to drive your car at all, he did drove my car in though but that's because I was busy watching Blue Crush lol

looking for a place as well.. anyone have pics of any of their work or reviews based on how the tints have held up over time.. or even any issues that they had to go back and how they handled warranty ? i saw some posts on craigs list under "services" going for 110-130+.. but i dont know how much i would want to trust that..

His name is the "Tint Guy". and he is located in Lawrence Ma. His price is reasonable he just did mine for $180. The Tint guy doesnt drive your car, except into the shop... when he is done he has you move the car out of the place yourself. He is super legit. I just got my work done by him, but since i havent been on the site for 15 days it wont allow me to post images just yet
