Perez and Hulk at Force India would make for a pretty strong line up. Sutil is no slacker, ditto DiResta (another guy I wish would get a good ride but he's off to IndyCar supposedly)

May not be bad as it seems, with James Allison going back to Ferrari I suspect Lotus probably slipped in the chassis development for 2014.
Also agree that Pastor's lack of ability, with exception of the surprise win in 2012 he really has not delivered race pace or helped in chassis development either.
