Listen you limp-dick, no evidence citing, e-thugging, no good, grammar inept, no paragraph-writing, insulting, Congressperson wannabe, motherfucker of a cum-dumpster. Why do you think no lawyers, Congresspeople, or whoever have been able to successfully argue against the income tax? Why? Think about that before you breathe again.

Now do me and the rest of Acurazine a favor. Go find some Drano, filled a cup with it and two cubes of ice, and drink it. You won't have to pay taxes again, that's for damn sure, among other things like using my air.

I think this thread should become the new "Fail pics" thread, considering the severity of the OP's failing.

WE ALL READ IT, well, maybe not you. Ive posted it here already. Its got nothing to do with the supreme court you toothless moron. What case are you citing? or is it just more interwebz nonsence? There is no fucking illuminati running the world, there are no wizards, and there is no Santa. Sorry to disappoint you, but someone had to, your dad is still off chasing after the Easter Bunny.

What I want to know is since you believe so strongly in this, what are you doing? Have you stopped paying taxes yet? Or are you some pussy who is too afraid to stand up for what he things is right? Go to court, since you have all this great info, sue the government for the return of your tax money. Pull up your skirt and prove to us how wrong we are in court, don't just come sniviling to us on the web you pansy.

Finally, I assure you, in person I would say all of this and worse you inbred, e-thugging, panty-wearing, loser. I can be a bigger asshole in person than I am on here, and that's saying something.

PS. Where the FUCK did you learn English, Nigeria? You sound like the guy who wants to send me half of his inheritance check.

where the FUCK do you see in there where they cant have federal tax? It specifically states they CAN.
Because of this thread I've been spending the last hour and 15 minutes watching the video the OP mentioned: http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...MZO0rgKpxZXyCQ

The arguement as I see it is that the word 'income' is only defined as being applied to companies, not individuals in the legal documents. The 'income' we all get is really in exchange for our labor and wages and there is something that says those can't be taxed. This 'documentary' talks about legal cases where someone was sued by the government for not paying taxes (filing a return and lying on it - like wesley snipes - is illegal) and the jury would ask for legal proof that citizens are required to pay income tax, and no law on the books was presented. Joe Schmoe 'gets off'.

While the video is interesting, I'm not about to stop paying my income taxes.

I decided to spend some time on it too. I didn't get very far, but I suspect the rest was more of the same as I heard.

I don't disagree on the concept of income tax being a wealth distribution scheme. I don't even disagree that the income tax _may_ be unlawful. However, I understand that it has taken a lot of time to build this mess and the answer is not for everyone to just stop paying income taxes.

Despite some of the arguments made in the early part of the video, I do think that the government is distributing money (however fairly or unfairly) to certain parties and these parties rely on it. How many times have you heard an outrageous story about a tiny town getting $100k from homeland security? Unfair or not, this money was used and the town benefitted.

So, before we begin undoing that mess, I think we need to at least create a better tax system that can't be exploited. That's why I have an interest in the FairTax. It's not income based, it's consumption based. That should satisfy your primary argument that income taxes aren't legal, and it will continue to fund our currently bloated government until such time as we can fix it.

Focus your energy on promoting a fair and equitable change in our real government and less on an anarchistic attack on a supposed shadow government. And seriously, please compose your responses appropriately.

WHO defined it this way? The court did not. Some fucking video decides to use a different way of defining income and thats proof that its illegal? It's like the Clinton definition of sex. You may not define Oral sex as cheating, but chances are your girl does, so your still fucked.

Quit putting your trust in youtube videos and read what the IRS has to say:

http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-utl/friv_tax.pdf

Wilcox v. Commissioner, 848 F.2d 1007, 1008 (9th Cir. 1988) – the court
rejected Wilcox’s argument that payment of taxes is voluntary for
American citizens, stating that “paying taxes is not voluntary” and
imposing a $1,500 penalty against Wilcox for raising frivolous claims.

United States v. Gerads, 999 F.2d 1255, 1256 (8th Cir. 1993) – the court
stated that the “[taxpayers’] claim that payment of federal income tax is
voluntary clearly lacks substance” and imposed sanctions in the amount of
$1,500 “for bringing this frivolous appeal based on discredited, taxprotester
arguments.”

Bonaccorso v. Commissioner, T.C. Memo. 2005-278, 90 T.C.M. (CCH)
554 (2005) – the taxpayer filed zero returns based on the argument that
he found no Code section that made him liable for any income tax. The
court held that the taxpayer’s argument was frivolous citing to section 1
(imposes an income tax), section 63 (defines taxable income as gross
income minus deductions), and section 61 (defines gross income). The
court also imposed a $10,000 sanction against the taxpayer under section
6673 for making frivolous arguments.

Here is what the supreme court has to say:

The Sixteenth Amendment provides that Congress shall have the power to
lay and collect taxes on income, from whatever source derived, without
apportionment among the several states, and without regard to any
census or enumeration. U.S. Const. amend. XVI. Furthermore, the U.S.
Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of the income tax laws enacted
subsequent to ratification of the Sixteenth Amendment in Brushaber v.
Union Pacific R.R., 240 U.S. 1 (1916).

and

All compensation for personal services, no matter what the form of
payment, must be included in gross income. This includes salary or
wages paid in cash,
as well as the value of property and other economic
benefits received because of services performed, or to be performed in
the future. Furthermore, criminal and civil penalties have been imposed
against individuals relying upon this frivolous argument.

So you can try the "I saw it on Youtube" defence in court all you'd like, but the real fact of the matter is, if you don't pay your taxes, eventually, you are going to jail.
